Ինչպես արդեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել է, 2024թ․ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին` ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի կենտրոնացման շրջանում հայտնաբերվել էր մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող, նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Աղասի Սերոժի Դալլաքյանի դին՝ կզակի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորումով:

Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ իններորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին։

Իրականացված ծավալուն ապացուցողական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ա․ Դալլաքյանը մահացել է ինքնասպանություն գործելու հետևանքով։

Մասնավորապես, նախաքննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ նույն զորամասի դասակի հրամանատար, լեյտենանտը, կոչման բերումով լինելով սերժանտների և զինվորների համար պետ, նույն զորամասի շարքային ժամկետային զինծառայողներից մեկի հետ խախտել են մարտական հերթապահություն կրելու կանոնները, զենքով ինքնակամ թողել զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի իրենց կրակային դիրքը և տեղամասի մեկ այլ կրակային դիրքում խմբով՝ միասին, նվաստացրել են մարտական հերթապահության ընդգրկված, նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Աղասի Դալլաքյանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը։ Դրա հետևանքով գտնվելով անելանելի վիճակում՝ նշված օրը, նույն կրակային դիրքում դիտորդի պարտականությունները կատարելու ընթացքում, վերջինս իրեն ամրակցված AKM տեսակի ինքնաձիգով մեկ կրակոց է արձակել կզակի շրջանում և ինքնասպան եղել:

Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին՝ զինվորական ծառայության մեջ ընդգրկված վերոնշյալ երկու անձանց նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու վերաբերյալ, որոնք բավարարվել են։ Վերջիններս ձերբակալվել են։

Դասակի հրամանատարին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 540-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով, 522-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով, իսկ շարքային ժամկետային զինծառայողին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 540-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով, 522-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով։

Միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որոնք բավարարվել են։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, անհրաժեշտ բոլոր գործողությունները կատարվում են՝ դեպքի ամբողջական հանգամանքները, հնարավոր այլ անձանց առնչությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգովդատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
