Մենք սկսեցինք «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժումը, որը շատ շուտով վերանվանվեց Սրբազան պայքար՝ այն հստակ գիտակցումով, որ Տավուշում սկսված ամոթալի գործընթացը չի սահմանափակվելու միայն Տավուշով: Այս մասին «Հայաստան» խմբակցության կողմից «Հայաստանի Անկախության մասին հռչակագրի անժամանցելի արդիականության մասին» ԱԺ հայտարարության նախագծի թեմայով հրավիրված խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
«Այո, այս փուլում մենք չհաջողեցինք, սակայն այս պայքարի ընթացքը շարունակվում է՝ հակառակ բոլոր տեսակի մարդկային տկարությունների, շահերի և խարդավանքների, որովհետև այս պայքարն այս անպատիվ ընթացքը կասեցնելու, մեր պետականությունը վերականգնելու մասին է: Այո, մենք այս պահին չկարողացանք կանգնեցնել Կիրանց, Ոսկեպար հատվածի հանձնման աղետը, բայց կարծում եմ այս ընթացքում կարողացանք կանգնեցնել այն ընթացքը, որը պարունակում էր անկլավների հանձնում, նոր տարածքների զիջումները, ու հենց այս վերջին աշխատանքային կանոնակարգ կոչվածը, որը նախատեսվում էր ստորագրել մայիս, հունիս ամիսներին և ինչու չէ նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարտադրված Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների իրականացումը: Երբ մենք շեշտում էինք, որ սա սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում չէ, այլ միակողմանի զիջում պարտադրանքի ներքո, ոմանք չէին ցանկանում հասկանալ կամ չէին հասկանանում»,- ասաց նա:
Բագրատ Սրբազանի խոսքով՝ գործող կառավարությունը աշխատանքային կանոնակարգի ներդրումով փաստել է ընդդիմության ասածների իսկությունը:
«Աշխարհում երբևէ չտեսնված երևույթ է միակողմանի զիջել տարածքները, այդ ճանապարհին խաբել հանրությանը, տարածքներ զիջելուց հետո նոր միայն կանոնակարգ ստորագրել: Այս կառավարության ղեկավարը ամբողջությամբ գիտակցում է, թե ինչպես է ձախողել ու ձախողում մեր պետականությունը, հիմքերը և ինքնիշխանությունը: Քաջ գիտակցելով իր հանցանքի չափաբաժինը՝ փորձում է հանցակից դարձնել իր շուրջը գտնվող բոլորին, այլապես ինչու նոյեմբերի 9-ի խայտառակ փաստաթուղթը ու դրան հաջորդած փաստաթղթերի ստորագրությունները, ներառյալ Պրահայի փատաթուղթը չներկայացվեցին ոչ ՍԴ, ոչ էլ ԱԺ, բայց այս կանոնակարգը անցնում է այսպիսի ընթացակարգով: Սա մեկ նպատակ ունի՝ հանցակից դարձնել բոլորին:
Նա աճուրդի է հանել ոչ միայն մեր պետությունն ու կենսագրությունը, մեզ բոլորիս, այլև իր իսկ թիմակիցներին: Կարող էի ասել, որ ինձ չի հուզում ՔՊ անդամների ճակատագիրը՝ ասելով թող դրանով մտահոգվեն ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված դեսպանատներն ու քաղաքական ապաստան տվող կառույցները, բայց ինձ հուզում է ՔՊ ընտրած 680,000 հայ մարդու ճակատին ՔՊ-ի կողմից դաջվող երկրը հանձնողների պիտակավորումն ու մեղքը»,- նշեց Սրբազանը:
Դիմելով ՔՊ-ի անդամներին, Բագրատ Սրբազանն ասաց.
«Կշեռքի նժարի մի կողմում իշխանությունից արբեցած ձեր վիճակն է, որը բացառիկ կերպով արտահայտեցիք երկու օր առաջ, իսկ մյուս կողմում ձեր՝ հուսամ դեռ մնացած պատիվը»:
