Ինչպիսի՞ն կլինի TOON EXPO-ի գլխավոր առաջարկը. Gyurjyan Cascade-ը փակագծեր չի բացում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հոկտեմբերի 25-ից 27-ը Մերիդիան էքսպո կենտրոնում տեղի կունենա անշարժ գույքի և կառուցապատման ոլորտի՝ Հայաստանում անցկացվող ամենամեծ ցուցահանդեսը՝ TOON EXPO 2024-ը։ Տասնյակ հազարավոր այցելուներ ունեցող ցուցահանդեսին այս տարի մասնակցում են ավելի քան հարյուր ընկերություններ՝ հիմնականում կառուցապատողներ, անշարժ գույքի գործակալություններ, ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններ, ճարտարապետական և նախագծող ընկերություններ, ոլորտային արտադրողներ, ներմուծողներ և այլն։ TOON EXPO-ն այս տարի առավել մեծ կարևորություն է ստացել կառուցապատողների համար։ Դա պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31ին դադարելու է գործել եկամտահարկի վերադարձի օրենքը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ 2025թ.-ից անշարժ գույքի շուկայում որոշակի պասիվություն կարող է գրանցվել։
Այդ պատճառով կառուցապատողների բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը TOON EXPO 2024-ը դիտարկում է որպես եկամտահարկի վերադարձի օրենքի գործունեության պայմաններում մեծ վաճառք իրականացնելու վերջին հնարավորություն։ Հաջողության հասնելու համար կառուցապատողները TOON EXPOին մեծ զեղչեր և հատուկ առաջարկներ են պատրաստվում ներկայացնել։ Ի դեպ, դա նաև ցուցահանդեսին մասնակցելու պայմաններից մեկն է. մասնակիցները պարտավոր են ակցիաներ իրականացնել։ Պետք է նշել, որ ցուցահանդեսին մասնակցող ընկերություններն արդեն իսկ ակտիվ գովազդում են TOON EXPO-ի ընթացքում իրենց կողմից ներկայացվելիք հատուկ առաջարկները։ Դրանք հիմնականում վերաբերում են զեղչերին և բնակարանների գնի վճարման ճկուն տարբերակներին։
Քաղաքաշինական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ընկերություններից շատերն էլ շեշտը դնում են իրենց կողմից կառուցվող շենքերի տեղադիրքի, բակային ենթակառուցվածքի, էներգախնայողության համակարգերի և այլնի վրա։ Հատկանշական է սակայն, որ մինչ այս պահը խաղաքարտերը չի բացում ցուցահանդեսի առավել մրցակցային առաջարկով հանդես եկող նախագիծը՝ Gyurjyan Cascade բնակելի համալիրը։ Անշարժ գույքի շուկայի մասնագետներն ու վաճառքի գործակալները մշտապես առանձնացնում են Gyurjyan Cascade թաղամասի բնակարանների իրացման մեծ տեմպը։ Ըստ չճշտված տեղեկությունների, վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին բնակելի համալիրում ամսական վաճառվել է մոտ 100 բնակարան։ Մենք փորձեցինք ճշտել, թե ինչ հատուկ առաջարկով է հանդես գալու Gyurjyan Cascade-ը TOON EXPO-ի ժամանակ, սակայն ընկերությունից մեզ ասացին, որ դա անակնկալ է, որը դեռևս չեն ցանկանում բացահայտել՝ միաժամանակ նշելով, որ Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայում նման ակցիա դեռևս երբեք չի եղել։
