Հայաստանում վերջին չորս տարում հինգ տասնյակից ավելի հայ և հնդիկ զույգեր են ամուսնացել

Վերջին տարիներին Հնդկաստանից դեպի Հայաստան միգրացիոն հոսքերի ավելացմանը զուգահեռ աճել է նաև հայ և հնդիկ զույգերի ամուսնությունների թիվը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ՝ ուսումնասիրելով ՀՀ և օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների միջև գրանցված ամուսնությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ԱՆ քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործակալությունից և ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեից ստացված տվյալները:
Ըստ այդմ պարզ դարձավ, որ վերջին չորս տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում հինգ տասնյակից ավելի հայ և հնդիկ զույգեր են իրենց ամուսնությունների փաստն արձանագրել: Հետաքրքրական է, որ գրանցված ամուսնություններից միայն մեկի դեպքում է հայ փեսան ամուսնացել հնդիկ հարսնացուի հետ, մնացած դեպքերում հակառակը՝ հայ աղջիկներն են ամուսնացել հնդիկ տղամարդկանց հետ: Հայաստանում Հնդկաստանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների միջև ամենից շատ ամուսնություններ գրանցվել են 2021թ.: Մասնավորապես միայն այդ տարի Հնդկաստանի արական սեռի 21 ներկայացուցիչներից 16-ն ամուսնացել են հայ հարսնացուների հետ, 4-ը՝ այլ երկրների, իսկ 1-ը՝ Հնդկաստանի: Իսկ նախորդ՝ 2023թ. Հայաստանում գրանցվել է Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացիների 11 ամուսնություն, որից 4-ը իրենց համերկրացիների հետ, 5-ը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների, իսկ մնացած 2-ը՝ օտարերկրյա այլ քաղաքացիների հետ: 2024թ. տվյալները դեռևս ամփոփված չեն, քանի որ վիճակագրական կոմիտեն ամուսնությունների ցուցանիշները մշակում և հրապարակում է միայն տարեկան պարբերականությամբ:
Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի ռեգիստրի տվյալներով՝ վերջին չորս տարում գրանցվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացիների ամուսնալուծությունների չորս դեպք:
Մեկ այլ ուշագրավ տվյալ ևս. դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգում հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն՝ վերջին չորս տարում դատարաններում հայ և հնդիկ զույգերի վերաբերյալ շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ քաղաքացիական վեճեր են քննվել և քննվում, որոնք վերաբերվում են ամուսնությունը լուծելուն, ալիմենտի բռնագանձմանը, ծնողական իրավունքից զրկելուն, երեխայի բնակության վայրը որոշելուն և այլն:
