Երբ ասում ենք, որ կալանքն օգտագործվում է որպես ճնշման միջոց, հո անտեղի չե՞նք ասում, ուրեմն մի բան գիտենք, ինչ-որ բան լսել ենք: ԱԺ-ում խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ նշեց ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը:

Աղազարյանը հիշեց, որ իր ընդդիմադիր եղած ժամանակ ոստիկանը ակցիայի ժամանակ իրեն մահակով հարվածել է. «Լավ են արել, հո չմեռա՞նք, ես իրենց չեմ մեղադրում: Ձեր աշխատակիցներն էլ, պարոն Քյարամյան, մտածելով, որ 10 մլրդ դրամ փող են բերում պետությանը, բայց կարող է այնպես ստացվի, որ դուք չլինեք այդ գերատեսչության ղեկավարը, Աղազարյան Հովիկը լինի ու դա ի չարս օգտագործի: Կոնկրետ մեկին վերացնի, որ իր եղբոր որդին լավ բիզնես ունենա: Բա ո՞նց անենք, եթե օրենքներով չշարժվենք, տեղ չենք հասնի:

Դուք էստեղ ելույթ եք ունենում, ինչ-որ մեկն էլ ռեպլիկ է բաց թողնում, դուք շատ կոպիտ ձեւով արձագանքում եք: Դուք դրա իրավունքը չունեք: Դրա իրավունքն ունի վարողը: Ասում է՝ սեւ շորավոր պատգամավորը, էդպես ո՞նց կարելի է: Խնդրում եմ, կալանքը մի օգտագործեք որպես ճնշման միջոց, դա շատ վտանգավոր է, որովհետեւ դուք չեք լինի, ես կլինեմ, այդ ճնշման միջոցը կօգտագործեմ ուրիշ հարցեր լուծելու համար: Հետո, թե ինչ տեղի կունենա մեր արդարադատության հետ, Աստված գիտի»,- իր խոսքն ամփոփեց Աղազարյանը:
