Fastex-ը մասնակցել է DACOM NYC 2024-ին․ քննարկվել են ոլորտը ձևավորող կարևոր մանրամասներ

Fastex-ը մասնակցել է Նյու Յորքում կայացած Dacom NYC 2024-ին։ Ս․թ․ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Fastex-ի իրավաբանական գծով տնօրեն և տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ Վարդան Խաչատրյանը մասնակցել է «Կրիպտոակտիվների աշխարհում ավանդական ֆինանսների դերի, օրենսդրական կարգավորումների» մասին պանելային քննարկմանը և անդրադարձել նաև Fastex-ի՝ ամերիկյան շուկա մուտք գործելու ծրագրերին։
Binance, Polygon Labs, Paxos and Solidus Labs-ի ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկվել են օրենսդրության թերի կարգավորումները և ոլորտի վրա դրանց ազդեցությունը։ Հարկ է նշել, որ Fastex-ի բոլոր պրոդուկտներն ստեղծվել են՝ հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալ խնդիրները։
Decrypt-ի հետ հարցազրույցում Վարդան Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձել է Fastex-ի՝ ամերիկյան շուկա մուտք գործելու ծրագրերին։ Նա նշել է, որ այժմ Fastex-ը արտոնագրման նախնական փուլում է։ Առաջիկայում ամեն բան ավելի հստակ կլինի։
Այս փուլում Fastex-ի ամբողջ ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացած է եվրոպական շուկայում MiCA օրենսդրական կարգավորման հսկողությամբ նոր արտոնագիր ստանալու գործընթացի վրա։ Այս համատեքստում Fastex-ի թիմը կարևորում է նոր պրոդուկտների ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը կրիպտո ոլորտի ապագան ձևավորելիս։
Իրավական, օրենսդրական և ռիսկերի կառավարման ոլորտներում նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումը կկարողանա լուծել թվային ակտիվների և DeFi ոլորտի խնդիրները՝ ապահովելով արագ և կայուն զարգացում։
