ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին՝ ժամը 11:27-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից Մեղրիի բաժին հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ մարմնական վնասվածքներով «Մեղրիի ՏԲԿ» բուժօգնության են դիմել Արարատի մարզի Ջրահովիտ գյուղի 41 և 36 տարեկան երկու բնակիչ, որոնք հայտնել են, որ վնասվածքները ստացել են ընկնելու հետևանքով:
«Ոստիկանության Մեղրիի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանները, սակայն, պարզել էին, որ նրանք Մեղրի-Երևան ճանապարհի 30-րդ կմ-ին փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություններից մեկի աշխատակիցների կողմից ծեծի են ենթարկվել:
Սյունիքի մարզի պարեկների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների շնորհիվ արդեն հստակեցվել են կատարվածի որոշ մանրամասներ: Ըստ այդմ, Ջրահովիտ գյուղի բնակիչ վարորդներին ծեծի էր ենթարկել ՓԲ ընկերության վարորդը՝ Վայք քաղաքի բնակիչ 30-ամյա երիտասարդը: Հետագայում պարզվել է, որ նրանց ծեծելուն մասնակցել էր նաև Վայք քաղաքի բնակիչ 21-ամյա երիտասարդը:
Ոստիկանության Մեղրիի բաժնի ծառայողները հետագա միջոցառումներով պարզել են, որ Մեղրի-Երևան ճանապարհի 30-րդ կմ-ին, բարձվող բեռի հերթը չպահպանելու հարցի շուրջ, վիճաբանություն է եղել հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածների և Վայք քաղաքի բնակիչ 30 և 21 տարեկան երկու վարորդների միջև, որի ընթացքում էլ վայքեցի երիտասարդները ծեծի են ենթարկել նրանց՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում վայքեցի երիտասարդները հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել են Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ ձերբակալվել են:
Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 22:24-ին, հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանություն հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության տեղափոխված 41-ամյա տղամարդը մահացել է:
