Նոր մանրամասներ՝ մահացած զինծառայողի մահվան դեպքից

Երեկ` հոկտեմբերի 13-ին ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում հրազենային վիրավորումից մահացած Աղասի Դալլաքյանի հարազատները շրջանառվող ինքնասպանության վարկածին չեն հավատում: Այս մասին այսօր` հոկտեմբերի 14-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին Շիրակի մարզի Բասեն գյուղի բնակիչները` նշելով, որ վարկածն իրենց համար էլ է անընդունելի:
«Աղասիի մայրը` Գոհարն ասում է, որ երեկ առավոտյան ժամը 10-ին տասը պակաս տեսազանգով զրուցել է որդու հետ: Ամեն ինչ լավ է եղել, տղայի մոտ արտասովոր ոչինչ չեն նկատել ընտանիքի անդամները: Աղասին ասել է` ձեզ հետ խոսեմ, հետո հորս էլ զանգեմ, բայց այդպես էլ չի զանգել: Խոսակցության վերջում ասել է` «ինչ-որ մեքենա եկավ, երևի սպա է, տեսնեմ ով է, ու նորից կզանգեմ»: Անջատել է, ու այդպես էլ ոչ ոքի չի զանգել: Դրանից մոտ 10 րոպե անց մայրն է զանգել, բայց Աղասին զանգին չի պատասխանել»,-պատմեց Մուսաելյանի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Թեհմինա Սոլախյանը` նշելով, որ Աղասի Դալլաքյանի հայրը արտագնա աշխատանքի էր մեկնել ՌԴ:
Դպրոցի տնօրենի խոսքով, Աղասին օրեր առաջ էլ ուսուցիչներին էր զանգահարել ու շնորհավորել ուսուցչի տոնի առթիվ, նրանց հետ զրույցում էլ նշել էր, որ ծառայությունը լավ է անցնում:
Գյուղի բնակիչները նույնպես շրջանառվող վարկածին չեն հավատում, ասում են` Աղասին միշտ գոհ է եղել ծառայությունից, ոչնչից երբևէ չի բողոքել:
«2024 թվականի հունվարին էր զորակոչվել բանակ, դեռ 19 տարին էլ չէր լրացել: Մինչև բանակ գնալն էլ գյուղատնտեսությամբ էր զբաղվում, օգնում էր ընտանիքին, անգամ խնդրել էր իր համար տեխնիկա գնել, որ բանակից վերադառնալուց հետո գյուղատնեսությամբ զբաղվի»,-պատմեց Բասենի վարչական ղեկավար Հայկ Մնացյանը:
Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ 2024թ․ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի կենտրոնացման շրջանում հայտնաբերվել է մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող, նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Աղասի Սերոժի Դալլաքյանի դին՝ կզակի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորումով:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2024թ․ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ իններորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին։
