Շիրակի մարզի Բասեն համայնքում բոլորը քարացած են։ Համայնքի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ քննարկում, բայց չեն պատկերացնում Աղասի Դալլաքյանի ինքնասպանության վարկածը։
«Աշխատասեր, եռանդուն տղա էր։ Նախքան բանակ զորակոչվելն օգնում էր ընտանիքին, զբաղվում գյուղատնտեսությամբ։ Աղասին տան ավագն էր, իրենից փոքր ևս մեկ դպրոցահասակ եղբայր ունի, ընտանիքն էլ հարգված սիրված մարդիկ են»,- MediaHub-ին ասաց Բասենի վարչական ղեկավար Հայկ Մնացյանը։
19-ամյա զինվորն 9 ամսվա ծառայող էր։ Ծառայությունն իրականացնում էր Մեղրիում։ Համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղեկություններով՝ ծառայությունից չէր դժգոհում։ Հիմա ամբողջ համայնքը սգում է երիտասարդի մահը։ Նախնական վարկածով քննարկվում է ինքնասպանությունը։
«Բանակը մատնված է անտերության։ Մեկ շաբաթվա մեջ սա 2-րդ զոհն է, որ գրանցվել է Զինված ուժերում։ Աններելի է, մանավանդ, որ դեպքերը տեղի են ունենում խաղաղ, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ոչ պատերազմական պայմաններում»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Բասենի բնակչուհին՝ խորապես սգալով Աղասի Դալլաքյանի մահը։
«Շատ օրինակելի տղա էր, ի՞նչ պետք է արած լիներ, որ հասցնեն ինքնասպանության։ Մեր Զինված ուժերը գլխատված են, արմատական փոփոխություն է պետք, ափսոս են մեր երեխաները»,- հավելեց նա։
