Նոր հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ասպիրինի կանոնավոր ընդունումը կարող է 40%-ով նվազեցնել ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի առաջացման վտանգը շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդ մարդկանց մոտ, հայտնում է BBC-ն:
Planets cancer charity բարեգործական կազմակերպության տվյալներով, այն կարող է նաև կանխել ընդհանուր բնակչության շրջանում քաղցկեղի դեպքերի մեկ հինգերորդը: Սաութհեմփթոնի գիտնականներն ուսումնասիրել են Մեծ Բրիտանիայում գրեթե 10000 մարդու բժշկական քարտերը:
Հետազոտության հեղինակներից մեկը՝ բժիշկ Զայեդ Համադին, հայտնել է, որ սա առաջին հետազոտությունն էր, որն անցկացվել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի այսքան մեծ տարածքում և առաջինը, որը հաղորդում է շաքարախտով հիվանդների վրա դրա ազդեցության մասին:
Ըստ նրա, ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղը համարվում է քաղցկեղի ամենածանր տեսակներից մեկը, և գրեթե բոլորը, որոնք տառապում են ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղով, մահանում են ախտորոշումից հետո հինգ տարվա ընթացքում:
«Այս ծավալուն ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ լայնորեն օգտագործվող ասպիրինը կարող է կանխել ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի զարգացումը: Մենք պարզեցինք, որ ընդհանուր բնակչության մոտ հիվանդության զարգացման հավանականությունը կրճատվել է 20%-ով: Սակայն առավել ուշագրավն այն է, որ շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդների մոտ կանխարգելիչ ազդեցությունն ավելի ուժեղ է, իսկ հիվանդների այս խմբի մոտ հիվանդության հավանականությունը 40%-ով ցածր է»,- նշել է նա։
Սաութհեմփթոնի համալսարանի և համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի հետազոտողները ուսումնասիրել են բրիտանական բիոբանկի 500․000 մարդուց բաղկացած խմբի գրառումները, որոնք հավաքվել են 2006-ից 2010 թվականների ընթացքում: Նրանք հայտնել են, որ վերլուծության պահին խմբում եղել է ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի ադենոկարցինոմայի (PDAC) 1762 դեպք՝ ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի ամենատարածված տեսակը: Նրանց մոտ, ովքեր կանոնավոր կերպով ասպիրին էին ընդունում այս ընթացքում, զարգացան PDAC-ի ավելի քիչ դեպքեր: Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ ասպիրինի ցածր չափաբաժինները՝ սովորաբար 75 մգ կամ սովորական դեղահատի մեկ քառորդը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, անվտանգ են երկարաժամկետ օգտագործման համար: Սակայն հիվանդներին խորհուրդ է տրվում այն ընդունել միայն բժշկի կամ մանկաբարձի խորհրդով: Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայության կայքի համաձայն, չափաբաժնի ավելացումը կարող է մեծացնել ստամոքսի խոցի առաջացման վտանգը։
