Տաջիկստանում մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատար Ումեդ Բոբոզոդան դիմել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում իր գործընկեր Տատյանա Մոսկալկովային՝ կապված միգրանտների իրավունքների և ազատությունների խախտման հետ։ Նրա հայտարարության տեքստը հրապարակել է մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Բոբոզոդան ասել է, որ Տաջիկստանում սոցցանցերից և լրատվամիջոցներից իմացել են աշխատանքային միգրանտների փաստաթղթերի օրինականության ստուգումների մասին։ Դատելով համացանցում շրջանառվող տեսանյութերից՝ իրավապահները «կիրառում են բուժման արգելված մեթոդներ, ինչպիսիք են կոպտությունը, ծեծը և վիրավորանքը նրանց նկատմամբ»։
«Տաջիկստանի քաղաքացիները հաճախ երկար օրերով պահվում են սահմանին՝ առանց պահման և սննդի պատշաճ պայմանների, նրանց թվում կան պետական պաշտոնյաներ, ուսանողներ, ծերեր, կանայք և երեխաներ», – աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշվում է օմբուդսմենի հայտարարության մեջ։
Մոսկալկովայից նա պահանջել է հարգել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների իրավունքները և հետաքննել միգրանտների նկատմամբ ոչ պատշաճ վերաբերմունքի դեպքերը։
Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Տաջիկստանի վարչապետ Կոհիր Ռասուլզոդան երկրների միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Ռուսաստանում իր քաղաքացիների իրավունքների և ազատությունների խախտման մասին․ «Նրանց մուտքը արգելվում է կամ արտաքսվում՝ անվտանգության անորոշ և անորոշ նկատառումներով»:
Ավելի վաղ Տաջիկստանը հրաժարվել էր Ռուսաստանի հավաքականի հետ խաղից։
