Ադրբեջանում «վհուկների որս» է սկսվել

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն ու իշխանամետ մամուլը վերլուծում են այսօր ԵԽԽՎ-ում տեղի ունեցածը...Ուսումնասիրելով մի քանի ԶԼՄ-ների նյութեր գալիս ես այն եզրակացության,որ պաշտոնական Բաքվի համար Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի ներկայացրած բանաձևի ընդունման ձախողումը արհավիրք էր...Միլիցա Մարկովիչի "սոցիալական և բնապահպանական" զեկույցի ընդունումը ոչինչ է Բաքվի համար...Իշխանամետ ԶԼՄ-ները այսպիսի ձախողումների ժամանակ փնտրում և նախագահի աշխատակազմի հրահանգով գտնում են պարտության մեղավորներին...
Իսկ հայերին պարտվելը բազմաթիվ կոմպլեքսներով տառապող ազերիների համար՝մահ է...Մեղավորներին մատնանշելը նմանվում է "վհուկների որսի"...Գրեթե բոլորի համար գլխավոր մեղավորը համարվում է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովը և եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներում աշխատող նրա "անբան" դեսպանները...Իսկ ավելի մանրամասն այսօրվա պարտությունը վերլուծող քաղաքագետները նաև նշում են ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Սամեդ Սեիդովին,ում մեղադրում են նաև այն բանի համար,որ փորձել է կրկնել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ի.Ալիևի ԵԽԽՎ-ում 2005 թ-ին ունեցած "հաջողությունը"...Դե Իլհամը այստեղել է իր օգուտը քաղում...
Հոդվածագրերը այնպիսի թեզ են առաջ տանում,որ այս բանաձևերից ապշերոնյան սուլթանիկը տեղյակ չէր...Ու կրկին այս պարտությունը ոչ թե Ադրբեջանինն է,այլ Մամեդյարովին ու Սեիդովին է վերաբերվում...Բացի դրանից ալիևյան ԶԼՄ-ները նաև փորձում են գուշակել,թե Երևանի շահերը պաշտպանող եվրոպացի պատգամավորները ինչու՞ են այդ քայլին դիմել...Ազերի տխրահռչակ վերլուծաբաններն այս առումով գալիս են այն եզրակացության,որ կրկին մեղավոր է Սամեդ Սեիդովը,ով ուղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ ԴԵՄ քվեարկեց ՌԴ-ին ձայնի իրավունքից զրկելու առաջարկին...""Ցիվիլ Եվրոպան" չընդունեց Ադրբեջանի այս վարքագիծը և հիմա պատժեց Բաքվին",-ավարտում են իրենց տխուր վերլուծությունները ազերի գրպանային քաղաքագետները,որոնց տիրակալը չի ընդունում,որ պարտվել է,և փորձում է այն բարդել որևէ յուրայինի վրա..Զարմանալին այն է,որ Սեիդովի ռուսամետ ելույթը նրան ներեցին ուկրաինացիները և վրացիները,որոնք մոռանալով Ադրբեջանի "դավաճանությունը",այսօրվա քվեարկության ժամանակ պաշտպանեցին Բաքվի շահերը...
Հ.Գ.Իմ կարծիքով ԵԽԽՎ-ն արեց այն,ինչ նրան հրահանգված էր.չընդունել Ռ.Ուլթերի "քաղաքական" զեկույցը,որպեսզի չզայրացնել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին...Սակայն դա կոմպենսացնել Մ.Մարկովիչի "մարդասիրական և բնապահպանական" զեկույցին կողմ քվեարկելով...Ըստ ԵԽԽՎ-ի՝համ ոչխարները ողջ մնացին,համ էլ գայլերը կուշտ...
Այսօրվա քվեարկությունը բացահայտեց մի արատավոր և տխրեցնող փաստ հայերիս համար...Ամեն ոք հայ չէ,որի ազգանունը յան-ով է վերջանում...ԵԽԽՎ-ում Թուրքիան ներկայացնող պատգամավոր "մարգար եսայան" ստահակը,ով ներկայացնում է Էրդողանի "Արդարություն և զարգացում" կուսակցությունը ԿՈՂՄ է քվեարկել Մարկովիչի և Ուոլթերի հակահայկական զեկույցներին...Կարող էր ձեռնպահ մնալ,ինչպես դա արեցին մի քանի տասնյակ պատգամավորներ,բայց ոչ,այդ ողորմելին Էրդողանին ապացուցեց,որ թուրքից ավելի թուրք է...
