Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարեկները շինության առաջին հարկում հայտնաբերում են ամբողջությամբ արյունոտված մի քաղաքացու ու իրենց ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայում եղած դեղատուփի միջից օգտագործում անհրաժեշտ բժշկական պարագաներ, ապա ահազանգում են շտապօգնություն և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած բժիշկների խումբը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն է ցուցաբերում վիրավորին։
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվել են տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասել են․
«Ութն անց կեսի կողմերն էր, տեսանք պարեկների ավտոները «միգալկեքը» միացրած՝ եկան էստեղ, մտան ներս ու նկատեցինք, որ պարեկներից մեկը իրենց ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայի «բագաժնիկից» դեղատուփը հանեց, ասինք ուրեմն էստեղ մի լուրջ բան ա եղել, թե չէ ինչի պետք ա դեղատուփը հանեին, հետո տեսանք՝ րոպեների ընթացքում շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենան եկավ ու մի հոգու, թևերը կապած, տեղափոխեցին շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենան ու նրան տեղափոխեցին հիվանդանոց։ Մի քանի րոպե անց եկան նաև Եղվարդի ոստիկանները, դե, բնականաբար, նրանց բոլորին ճանաչում ենք ու պարեկների հետ 3 հոգու էստեղից տարան, հետո իմացանք, որ վիրավորն ու ոստիկանություն տարված 3 հոգին ազգությամբ հնդիկներ են, ովքեր վարձակալական հիմունքներով մնում են առաջին հարկում։ Վիճաբանել են իրար հետ ու կա՛մ դանակով, կա՛մ սրիչով հնդիկներից մեկի մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներ վնասել են»։
