Բելառուս ընդդիմադրին կարող են փոխանցել Մինսկին

Հայ-բելառուսական հարաբերությունների՝ արտաքուստ վատթարացման, Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի կողմից հակահայկական հայտարարությունների ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «խրոխտ» դեմարշների ֆոնին Հայաստանն ու Բելառուսը լավ էլ համագործակցում են, հատկապես Բելառուս ընդդիմադիր գործիչներին ՀՀ տարածքում հետապնդելու հարցում։
Մինչ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե հարաբերությունները ՌԴ-ի, Բելառուսի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ վատացել են, իրականում անում են քայլեր, որոնք չափազանց դժկամությամբ են ընդունվելու «սիրելի» Արևմուտքում։
Բելառուսի հետախուզվող քաղաքացիներին արտահանձնելու մասին գլխավոր դատախազների քննարկումից օրեր անց Հայաստանը մեղադրյալներից մեկին հնարավոր է փոխանցի այդ երկրի իրավապահներին: Աննա Վարդապետյանն ու Անդրեյ Շվեդն անցած շաբաթ Երևանում են հանդիպել, ըստ Մինսկի, քննարկել կասկածյալների կամ դատապարտվածների արտահանձնման հարցը։ 36-ամյա Վլադիմիր Բալանդինի հնարավոր արտահանձնման մասին նրա պաշտպանն է ահազանգել։ Բելառուսի քաղաքացին Բագրատաշենի անցակետում է ձերբակալվել ու արդեն 7 ամիս է՝ անազատության մեջ է: Նա, ըստ Մինսկի, յուրացման համար է մեղադրվում: Մինչդեռ պաշտպանները պնդում են՝ կահույքագործ Բալանդինը հետապնդվում է Բելառուսի նախագահի դեմ կազմակերպած 2020 թվականի ցույցերին մասնակցելու համար:
Բալանդինը միակը չէ, ով արժանանում է նման վերաբերմունքի, Բելառուսի այլ քաղաքացիներ էլ հայտնել են Հայաստանում ձերբակալվելու, արտահանձման գործընթացի օբյեկտ դառնալու մասին։ Եթե մեկ-երկու դեպքերով իրավապաշտպաններին հաջողվել է կանխել փոխանցումը, ապա այս դեպքում, ըստ ամենայնի, գործող իշխանությունները կկայացնեն ընդդիմադիր գործչին հանձնելու որոշում։
Իսկ Փաշինյանն էլ կշարունակի մոլորեցնել Արևմուտքին և սեփական քաղաքացիներին, թե իբր սլանում է դեպի Եվրոպա։ Մինչդեռ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք ՀՀ կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից բազմակի ավելի է խորացել։
