Այսօր չկա մեղադրանք, չկա հոդված. այս ամենը որևէ կապ չունի իրավաբանության հետ ընդհանրապես:

Այս մասին դատարանի դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:

«Այն ինչ կատարվում է աբսուրդի ժանրից է և որևէ կապ չունի իրավաբանության հետ ընդհանրապես:

3 տարի այս գործը պահել են Վճռաբեկ դատարանում, օպերացիան՝ ՍԴ-կազմը փոխելն ավարտել են, հետո Սահմանադրական դատարանը կայացրեց շատ տարօրինակ որոշում,  հետ ուղարկվեց Վճռաբեկ:

Այսպես ասենք,  մի օպերացիա էր մշակվել, որը տևեց 3 տարի  և դրան գումարենք այն փաստը, որ ՍԴ-ում այդ որոշմանը քվեարկել են մարդիկ, որոնք քվեարկելու իրավունք չեն ունեցել:

Հրայր Թովմասյանին չեն թույլատրել մասնակցել այդ հարցի քննարկմանը  և հետաքրքիր պատճառաբանությունն էր: Գիտեք ինչպիսինն էր: Իմ փաստաբան Արամ Օրբելյանի հետ ունի քավոր-սանիկ հարաբերություններ: Իսկ հարազատ եղբայրությունը պարզվում է՝ խոչընդոտող հանգամանք չէ:

Ամեն ինչ բաց է լինելու, այսօր չկա մեղադրանք, չկա հոդված: Իմ տպավորությամբ այս գործը, այս վիճակում ուղղակի գցել են առաջին դատարանի գրպանը՝ լուծում գտնելու համար: Օրինական լուծում այս վիճակից ուղղակի չկա:

Դատավորը, եթե ունենա բավարար համարձակություն պետք է ուղղակի կարճի այս գործը,- ասաց Քոչարյանը:
