Ուկրաինային Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքի խորքում գտնվող թիրախներին Արևմուտքի մատակարարած հեռահար զենքերով հարվածելու թույլտվություն տալու հարցը կոնկրետ դաշնակցի խնդիրն է։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կան բոլոր օրինական հիմքերն այս թույլտվության համար: Այս մասին, rbc.ua-ի փոխանցմամբ, լրագրողներին ասել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարկ Ռյուտեն։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այն հարցը, թե ինչպես կարող են օգտագործվել Ուկրաինային տրամադրվող զենքերը, առանձին դաշնակիցների խնդիրն է։
«Իրավական առումով դա հնարավոր է, քանի որ օրինականորեն Ուկրաինան իրավունք ունի օգտագործել իր զենքը, եթե կարողանա խոցել թիրախները Ռուսաստանում, եթե այդ թիրախները վտանգ են ներկայացնում Ուկրաինայի համար, բայց արդյոք առանձին դաշնակիցներ թո՞ւյլ կտան դա, ի վերջո, կախված է նրանցից», - ասել է նա Ռուտեն:
ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը հավելել է, որ այդ հարցը քննարկվել է եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ, որին ներկա են եղել ինքը, Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Քիր Սթարմերը։
«Մենք այսօր քննարկել ենք դա, բայց ի վերջո դա կախված է առանձին դաշնակիցներից», - կրկնել է Ռյուտեն:
Ուկրաինան բազմիցս հակառակորդի ռազմավարական թիրախների վրա արևմտյան զենքերով հարձակվելու թույլտվություն ստանալու խնդրանքով դիմել է ԱՄՆ-ին։ Զելենսկու՝ Լոնդոն այցից հետո սպասվում էր, որ այդ սահմանափակումները կհանվեն, սակայն դա տեղի չունեցավ։
