Ֆասթ Բանկը մեկնարկում է դրամային, դոլարային և եվրոյով նոր պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը

Սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ից նոյեմբերի 28-ը Ֆասթ Բանկը նախատեսում է տեղաբաշխել անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր, դրամային՝ 10.25, դոլարային՝ 6.25 և եվրոյով՝ 5.25 տոկոս տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ։ 

Պարտատոմսերի թողարկման ընդհանուր ծավալը 7,000,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ է։ Մեկ արժեթղթի անվանական արժեքն է՝ դրամային՝ 100.000 ՀՀ դրամ, դոլարային՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար, եվրոյով՝ 100 եվրո։ Պարտատոմսերը թողարկվում են 36 ամիս մարման ժամկետով արժեկտրոնային եռամսյակային վճարման պարբերականությամբ։ 

Պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել Բանկի 34 մասնաճյուղերից տեղաբաշխող «Դայմենշն» ՓԲԸ-ից՝ լրացնելով հայտ-հանձնարարականը և մինչև տվյալ օրվա ժամը 15:30-ը գումարը փոխանցելով տրամադրված հաշվեհամարներին։ 

Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել անձնագիր, հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշ, ինչպես նաև բանկային հաշիվների տվյալներ։ 

«Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ բանկի կողմից թողարկված անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի կողմից։ Ցուցակված պարտատոմսերից ստացված եկամուտները հարկման ենթակա չեն ֆիզիկական անձանց համար։  

Ֆասթ Բանկի պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 11.09.2024թ․-ի թիվ 1/354 Ա որոշմամբ։ 

Ծրագրային ազդագիրն ու թողարկման ամբողջական պայմանները ներկայացված են Բանկի կայքէջում։

Ֆասթ Բանկը թվային բանկ դառնալուն միտված ընկերություն է, որը 24/7 աշխատանքային գրաֆիկով ներկայացված է Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում, գործում է նաև բանկի հավելվածը։ Ֆասթ բրենդն այս տարի տոնել է ստեղծման 30-ամյակը:
