Երկու թոռներս սովորում են Ջոն Կիրակոսյանի անվան թիվ 20 դպրոցում, փոքր թոռնիկս տեսել է մասկաներով մարդկանց: Եկավ պատմեց, որ ավտոմատներով մարդիկ մտան դպրոց: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց դպրոցի աշակերտներից մեկի տատը:
«Ասաց՝ դասատուներից մեկին բռնել են, տարել են, ինչ-որ մի երեխայի է ծեծել: Ես էլ ասացի՝ դասատուին պետք չի այդքան մեղադրել, դժվար է այդքան երեխաների հետ աշխատելը, մենք չգիտենք՝ ինչը ոնց է եղել:
Հետո տուն եկավ մեծ թոռս եւ ասաց, որ իրենց չեն թողել ֆիզկուլտուրայի դահլիճից դուրս գալ: Երեւի պահել են երեխաներին, որ այդ պահին այդ մարդուն տանեն, երեխաները չտեսնեն: Ասաց՝ տատիկ, մենք շատ վախեցանք, մտածեցինք՝ ահաբեկիչներ են եկել, մեզ փախցնում են: Չի կարելի այդպես դպրոց մտնել, երեխաներին վախեցնել»,-ասաց կինը:
Նա նաեւ ենթադրեց, որ կասկածյալ տղամարդը աշխատում է նաեւ ԳԹԿ-ում, քանի որ մի քանի անգամ տեսել է, որ նա ԳԹԿ-ից առաջ եկել է դպրոց: «50-ն անց մարդ է, շատ պատկառելի տեսքով: Ծնողների խմբում մի ծնող գրել էր, որ իր երեխայի դասարանում է դեպքը եղել, երեխեքը լեղաճաք են եղել, վախեցել են: Բոլորը դատապարտում են դպրոցում այդ ձեւով ԱԱԾ-ի գործողությունը: Թող ԳԹԿ-ից իրեն ձերբակալեին, կամ իր տնից, բայց ոչ դասարանից: Գոնե սպասեին՝ զանգը տար, դասն ավարտվեր, մոտենային նորմալ տանեին»,-ասաց կինը:

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները դիմակներով ներխուժել են դասարան եւ ուժ կիրառելով բերման են ենթարկել ֆիզիկայի ուսուցչին:
ՔԿ մամուլի քարտուղար Գոռ Աբրահամյանը իր էջում գրել էր, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում Երևանի Ջոն Կիրակոսյանի անվան դպրոցի աշխատակիցների մեկի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով։
Քննիչի կողմից կայացվել է նշված աշխատակցին ձերբակալելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշում, ինչ և իրականացվել է։
Այս պահին նշված անձի հետ կատարվում են համապատասխան քննչական գործողություններ։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ՔՕ 201-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետը վերաբերում է անառակաբարո արարք կատարելուն, որն իրականացվել է երեխայի դաստիարակության, խնամքի կամ բուժման պարտականություն ունեցող անձի կողմից՝ կատարվող արարքի բնույթը գիտակցելու հնարավորությունից զրկված կամ հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ ունեցող անձի նկատմամբ։
