ԵԽ ԽՎ-ի նոր քարտուղարը մեղադրվում է Ալիեւի հետ կոռուպցիոն կապերի մեջ

Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում իսպանացի պատգամավոր Պեդրո Ագրամունտի ընտրվելը միանշանակ չի ընդունվել: Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի վարչակարգի հետ կոռուպցիոն կապերում անունը շրջանառվելու, Ադրբեջանի գծով համազեկուցող եղած ժամանակ այդ երկրում առկա քաղաքական բռնաճնշումների վրա նրա աչք փակելու գործողությունները եվրոպական մամուլում դարձյալ օրակարգ է եկել, հատկապես, ԵԽԽՎ քարտուղար նրա նշանակվելուց անմիջապես հետո:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մասնավորապես, գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ն գրել է, որ «Ադրբեջանի գծով համազեկուցող եղած ժամանակ թանկարժեք նվերների դիմաց Պեդրո Ագրամունտը «չէր տեսնում» այդ երկրում բռնաճնշումները»:
Թերթն անդրադարձել է Ուկրաինայի ճգնաժամի հետ կապված Ագրամունտի երկակի եւ հակասական հայտարարություններին եւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից երկար ժամանակ իրագործվող «խավիարային դիվանագիտությանը»` նշելով, որ շատ դժվար է Ագրամունտին «մամուլի սիրելի» անվանել:
«Մի քանի տարի առաջ «Եվրոպայի կայունության նախաձեռնություն» կազմակերպությունը Ագրամունտին մեղադրել է կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների մեջ: Կազմակերպությունը Պեդրո Ագրամունտին ներկայացրել էր որպես Ադրբեջանի «խավիարային դիվանագիտությունից» ուրախությամբ օգտվող ԵԽԽՎ երեք պատգամավորներից մեկը:
«Խավիարային դիվանագիտություն» եզրույթն առաջին անգամ գործածվել է Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ «Եվրոպայի կայունության նախաձեռնություն» կազմակերպության զեկույցում: Խոսքն այն մասին էր, թե ինչպես է պաշտոնական Բաքուն մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարումների նկատմամբ աչք փակելու համար թանկարժեք նվերներով լռեցնում Եվրոպայի Խորհրդին:
«Եվրոպայի կայունության նախաձեռնության» փորձագետները հայտնում էին, որ այդ ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի գծով ԵԽ ԽՎ-ի համազեկուցող եղած Ագրամունտը գովաբանում էր Իլհամ Ալիեւի ռեժիմի քայլերը` «չտեսնելու տալով» այդ երկրում քաղաքական ռեպրեսիաները եւ մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումները», -գրում է Deutsche Welle-ն:
