Ի՞նչ են քննարկել Մոսկվայում

Փաշինյանն արդեն վերադարձել է Մոսկվայից, իսկ իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան ու սպասարկուները փորձում են համոզել, թե ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունից բխող հայտարարություններ և պայմանավորվածություններ է ունեցել։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հերթական նիստին հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանը ցանկանում է տարածաշրջանային հաղորդուղիների բացում և որ պատրաստ ենք մեր տարածքով տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցություններ տրամադրել միևնույն պայմաններով, ինչ տրամադրվում է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության կողմից։ «Ավելին, մենք պատրաստ ենք որոշակի պարզեցումներ կատարել սահմանային հսկողության ընթացակարգերում՝ փոխադարձության, իրավահավասարության, կողմերի ինքնիշխանության և իրավազորության սկզբունքների հարգման շրջանակներում»,- ասել էր Փաշինյանն ու հավելել. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պատրաստ է լիովին ապահովել իր տարածքով բեռների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և մարդկանց երթևեկության անվտանգությունը։ Սա մեր ցանկությունն է, մեր պարտավորությունը, և մենք դա երաշխավորում ենք։ Ի դեպ, բոլոր հայտարարությունները, թե իբր Հայաստանն ինչ-որ ձևով համաձայնել է, որ երրորդ երկրներն ապահովելու են հաղորդակցության անվտանգությունն իր ինքնիշխան տարածքում, կամ որ դա նախատեսված է որևէ փաստաթղթով, ուղղակի չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Իր տարածքում անվտանգության ապահովումը ցանկացած երկրի ինքնիշխան պարտավորությունն է»։
Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նշել էր, թե Պուտին-Փաշինյան և Պուտին-Ալիև հանդիպումներում Ռուսաստանի նախագահը «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցն է քննարկել։ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններից կարելի է տպավորություն ստանալ, թե նա իսկապես, պաշտպանել է ՀՀ շահը։ Մինչդեռ, ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը սառը ջուր լցրեց փաշինյանականների եռանդի վրա՝ հայտարարելով, թե Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես հետ չի կանչել իր ստորագրությունը նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հռչակագրից, որը ստորագրել են Մոսկվան, Բաքուն ու Երևանը և որը նպաստել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի հաստատմանը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Օվերչուկը դժգոհել է, թե տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման հարցով եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեությունում մոտ մեկուկես տարի առաջընթաց չկա։ Օվերչուկը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ապաշրջափակումը «հնարավոր է միայն Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությամբ»։ Ինչը վկայում է, որ ՌԴ-ում առնվազն լուրջ չեն վերաբերվում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին։
