«Քաղպայմանագիրը» մնացել է առանց նախարարի թեկնածուի

Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության Վարչության նիստ, որը վարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Ըստ տարածված կարճ հաղորդագրության, քննարկվել են կադրային բնույթի հարցեր։ Փաշինյանը նաև տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, ըստ որի՝ նիստին հրավիրել էին նաև ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանին, Հերիքնազ Տիգրանյանին, Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանին։ Նրանց և Արփի Դավոյանի անուններն էին շրջանառվում, որպես արդարադատության նախարարի թեկնածուներ։
Նշված երեք պատգամավորները ինքնաբացարկ են հայտարարել, իսկ ՔՊ վարչությունը դեմ է քվեարկել Արփի Դավոյանի թեկնածությանը։ Նրա օգտին քվեարկել են միայն Վահագն Ալեքսանյանն ու Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, մյուսները, այդ թվում՝ Փաշինյանը, կտարականապես դեմ են եղել Դավոյանի նշանակմանը։ Փաստացի, կարելի է ասել, որ ՔՊ-ում դեռ ողջամտության ինչ-որ նշույլներ կան, գիտակցում են, թե ինչ ծաղրի էին արժանանալու Արփի Դավոյանին նախարար նշանակելու դեպքում։ Բայց միայն այն փաստը, որ այդ անունը քննարկման առարկա է դառնում, արդեն իսկ խոսում է ՔՊ-ում տիրող անառողջ հոգեբանական վիճակի մասին։
Տարօրինակ չէ նաև, որ ԱԺ երեք պատգամավորները հրաժարվել են նախարար դառնալ։ Ցանկացած ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյա գիտի, որ ամեն պահի կարող է քավության նոխազ դառնալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձեռքում, կորցնել կերակրատաշտից օգտվելու հնարավորությունը։ Իսկ պատգամավորի մանդատը երաշխավորում է առնվազն մինչև 2026 թ. երաշխավորված աշխատանք, բարձր աշխատավարձ, պարգևատրումներ և գործուղումներ։
