ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանն այսօր ընդունել է նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ տարակարգ ստացած մանկավարժական աշխատողներին: Այս մասին հայտնում են նախարարությունից։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը ողջունել է ներկաներին և շնորհակալություն հայտնել կատարած աշխատանքի և առաջինը լինելու համարձակության համար.

«Դուք տարակարգի ներդրման գործընթացի առաջին շահառուներն եք, ինչը ցույց է տալիս՝ եթե մարդը հետաքրքրված է մասնագիտական առաջընթացով և ջանք է թափում այդ ուղղությամբ, ապա զարգացումն արդեն իսկ առկա է: Այս հանդիպումը հատկապես կարևորում ենք՝ ձեզ լսելու, գործընթացի վերաբերյալ ձեր արձանագրած խնդիրները վեր հանելու, դրա շուրջ հետաքրքրությունը մեծացնելու, հաջորդաբար նաև լավարկման աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու, ինչպես նաև արձանագրած հաջողությունների մասին խոսելու տեսանկյունից»,–ասել է նա:

Նախարարի տեղակալն առանձնակի ընդգծել է, որ տարակարգի տրամադրման գործիքակազմը, որը խթանում է մասնագիտական զարգացումը և աշխատավարձի բարձրացման հնարավորություն է տալիս, ներդրվել է մանկավարժներին խրախուսելու և ոլորտի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրություն առաջացնելու նպատակով:

Փոխնախարարի գնահատմամբ՝ տարակարգի շնորհման համար սահմանված պահանջներն այնքան էլ խիստ չեն. դրանք փաստաթղթեր են, որոնք վկայում են մանկավարժական, մեթոդական կարողությունների մասին, ինչպես նաև անցկացված պարապմունքներից տեսաձայնագրություններ են, որոնք ուսումնասիրում են փորձագետները և այլն: Սահմանված չափանիշներից առնվազն երեքին համապատասխանելու դեպքում ներկայացված հայտերը կարող են ստանալ տարակարգ:

«Տարակարգը հնարավորություն է տալիս մանկավարժին նախևառաջ գնահատել իր հմտություններն ու կարողությունները: Նման ծրագրերը օգնում են հասկանալ՝ ինչից են դժվարանում ոլորտի մասնագետները, ինչի վրա ավելի շատ ուշադրություն պետք է դարձնեն, որ ուղղությամբ զարգանան և այլն»,- ասել է Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը:

Գործընթացն առավել հետաքրքրական դարձնելու նպատակով կարևորվել են իրազեկվածության բարձրացումը, մեթոդական ուղեցույցի մշակումը և այլն:

Նշվում է նաև, որ մանկավարժները ևս շնորհակալություն են հայտնել գործընթացի ներդրմամբ իրենց աշխատանքը գնահատելու և մասնագիտական զարգացման հնարավորության համար: Նրանք, մասնավորապես, նշել են՝ սկզբում անիրական է թվացել տարակարգ ստանալու հնարավորությունը, սակայն հետադարձ կապի ապահովմամբ, հարցերի պարզաբանմամբ և ուղղորդումների արդյունքում համոզվել են, որ այն հաղթահարելի է: Նրանք ընդգծել են, որ առաջին փորձը ոգևորիչ էր, և տարակարգի մյուս աստիճաններին ևս պատրաստվում են դիմել:

Եզրափակելով հանդիպումը՝ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը կոչ է արել մանկավարժներին տարածել իրենց փորձառությունն ու ոգևորել գործընկերներին, որպեսզի չվարանեն և դիմեն նախարարություն` որակավորման տարակարգի համար:
