Դասագրքերը չեն համապատասխանում չափորոշիչներին

Արդեն 2-րդ տարին է՝ ուսումնական տարին սկսվում է դպրոցական դասագրքերի սկանդալներով․ կա՛մ չեն հասցրել տպագրվել, կա՛մ խիստ արտասովոր է բովանդակությունը և հաճախ դրանց առանձին կտորները դառնում են ծաղրական մեմերի և քաղաքական քննարկումների շարժառիթ։ Սա, իհարկե, շատ քիչ է անհանգստացնում ոլորտը համակարգող նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանին։ Նախարարը մինչև հիմա անձամբ հիմնավոր բացատրություն չի տվել իր «նորարարություններին»։ Բայց կա նաև խնդիր դասապրոցեսի կազմակերպման հետ, QR կոդերի որոնմամբ նորամուծությունը չունի ստեղծած նախադրյալներ, համապատասխան ինֆորմացիոն բազա, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, շտապել են այս մեթոդով որոնումների ու հավելյալ տեղեկությունների փնտրման համակարգ ստեղծել դպրոցականի համար։
Երևանի պետական համալսարանի Փիլիսոփայության պատմության ամբիոնի դասախոս, փորձագետ Սերոբ Խաչատրյանը ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում իր տարակուսանքը հայտնեց, որ այս չստացված նորամուծությանը հանդուրժողաբար են մոտենում հատկապես ծնողները՝ չընդվզելով ու չբարձրաձայնելով խնդիրը։
Նորարական մոտեցումների արդյունքում դասագրքերում ավելացվել է QR կոդերի որոնումով հավելյալ տեղեկություն ստանալու հնարավորությունը։ Եվ ոչ բոլոր երեխաները կարող են ունենալ սմարթֆոն, որով կպեղեն, իսկ սա դեռ խնդրի մի կողմն է, երկրորդը՝ ծնողները բախվում են հաջորդ խնդրին՝ երեխան QR-ի հղումներով անցնելիս մտնում է օտար լեզվով՝ ռուսերենով, անգլերենով ինֆորմացիոն դաշտ, այսինքն՝ սա անկառավարելի դաշտ է։
Հարցերին պատասխանեց փորձագետ Սերոբ Խաչատրյանը․
-Իսկ ինչպե՞ս են դիմադրում ուսուցիչները կամ ինչո՞վ են օգնում, որ կատարյալ դառնա ուսումնական նոր մեթոդը։
-Այսօր առաջին հերթին դասագրքերը չեն համապատասխանում չափորոշիչներին․ սա մտահոգիչ է։ Կան բազմաթիվ խնդրահարույց թեմաներ․ առաջնայինն է, որ միասնական մոտեցում չկա։
-Կա՞ն մտահոգվելու թեմաներ, որ սա կարող է հանգեցնել ավելի լուրջ խնդիրների։
-Այո, դա լուրջ խնդիր է, երեխան անցնում է հղումով, տեսնում է օտար տեքստ, ինչո՞ւ պիտի հայկական դասագրքում երեխան օտար լեզու տեսնի՝ հայերենի փոխարեն։
-Ովքե՞ր են ավելի շատ դժգոհություններ հայտնում, ուսուցիչնե՞րը, թե՞ ծնողները։
-Իհարկե ուսուցիչները, բայց զարմանալի է, որ ուշ են բողոքում։ Դասագիրքն ուսուցչին էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով ուղարկում են ամառային արձակուդներին․ այդ ժամանակ ուսուցիչը պիտի ուսումնասիրի դասագիրքը, կարծիքների և բողոքների դեպքում տեղեկացնի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության համապատասխան բաժին, բայց հատկացված երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում չկա ոչ մի խնդիր ու տարաձայնություն, միայն ամառային արձակուրդներից հետո, երբ գիրքը տպագրվում է, դժգոհությունների ալիք է բարձրանում։
