Ճարպոտ ուտելիքներ. բուրգեր և նման մթերքները պարունակում են ավելորդ ճարպեր, որոնք կարող են վնասել սրտի առողջությունը:
Սպիտակ հացահատիկներ. Ցորենի և սպիտակ հացը հիմնականում վերամշակված են, և նրանց մեջ քիչ սննդային նյութեր են:
Տորթեր, խմորեղեններ՝ հաճախ պարունակում են մեծ քանակությամբ շաքար և վնասակար ճարպեր:
Ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքներ. Ալկոհոլի օգտագործումը երեխաների համար վտանգավոր է և կարող է լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ առաջացնել:
