ԱՊՀ ԱԳ նախարարները Եվրասիայում անվտանգության վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն են ընդունել։
Նշել են Եվրասիայում միջազգային իրավունքի համակարգի պահպանման կարևորությունը:
Հայտարարության մեջ ասված է, որ Համագործակցության երկրները գիտակցում են Եվրասիայի տարածքում կայունության ապահովման նպատակով միջազգային իրավունքի համակարգի պահպանման և պաշտպանության կարևորությունը, որի հիմքում ընկած է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը։
Փաստաթղթում ամրագրված է միջազգային հանրության կոնսոլիդացման կոչը գլոբալ և տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերներին ու անվտանգության սպառնալիքներին հավաքական պատասխաններ գտնելու հարցում։
Ընդ որում, ԱՊՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարները վճռականորեն դատապարտել են ուժային թելադրանքի ցանկացած փորձ, որն ուղղված է այդ թվում Եվրասիայում ինտեգրման և իրավահավասար համագործակցության գործընթացների խափանմանը։ Կազմակերպության արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները կոչ են անում ձգտել շահերի հավասարակշռման և փոխզիջումային լուծումների որոնման՝ հակամարտությունները կանխելու և տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը պահպանելու համար։
