Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի բանաձևով 54 պետություններ համերաշխություն են հայտնել ՀՀ-ին և խաղաղության գործընթացին

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 19-րդ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում ընդունվել է «Ֆրանկոֆոն տարածաշրջանում ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների, դրանց հաղթահարման և խաղաղության ամրապնդման վերաբերյալ բանաձևը», որով կազմակերպության լիիրավ անդամ 54 պետություններ համերաշխություն են հայտնել Հայաստանին և խաղաղության գործընթացին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։

Բանաձևում ընդգծվել է Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության գործընթացում 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրին համահունչ երկու երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ հարգանքը։ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի անդամ պետությունները ողջունել են 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ի Արձանագրությունում վերահաստատված սկզբունքների հիման վրա սահմանազատման գործընթացում և միջպետական սահմանագծի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ արձանագրված առաջընթացը, ինչպես նաև խրախուսել են տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության ուղիների վերաբացումը՝ ինքնիշխանության, ազգային իրավազորության, հավասարության ու փոխադարձության սկզբունքների հարգանքի հիման վրա:  Ընդգծվել է ուժի կիրառման անընդունելիությունը և կոչ է արվել ձեռնպահ մնալ ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունից և ատելության խոսքից, որ կարող է խոչընդոտել խաղաղության գործընթացին։

Բանաձևը շեշտել է նաև Հայաստանում տեղակայված Եվրոպական միության քաղաքացիական առաքելության (EUMA) կարևորությունը և սահմանամերձ տարածքներում կայունության գործում վերջինիս ներդրումը։

Բանաձևում կարևորվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից 115 հազար բռնի տեղահանված փախստականներին շարունակական հումանիտար աջակցության ապահովումը, ռազմագերիների և այլ պահվող անձանց, ինչպես նաև անհայտ կորածների խնդիրների լուծումը։ ՖՄԿ-ն վերահաստատել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման առնչությամբ մտահոգությունը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ և հարակից տարածքներ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի առաքելության իրականացման հարցում անդամ երկրների աջակցությունը։
