Փաշինյանը վերջնականապես խեղաթյուրում է դատական համակարգը

Երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին արդարացնելուց չորս ամիս անց դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցվեցին: Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը դատաքննության ընթացքում միաձայն որոշել է, որ դատավորը էական կարգապահական խախտում է թույլ տվել։ Ընդ որում, դատավորի դեմ կարգապահական վարույթը հարուցել էին ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի գործով, այլ մեկ այլ՝ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի գործով։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո իշխանության հեռացման պահանջով փողոցային պայքարի ելած Մանուկյանը մեղադրվում էր իշխանությունը զավթելու և սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելու հրապարակային կոչերի համար։ Դատավորը գործը ստացել է 2021-ի մարտին, բայց քննությունն ավարտել և դատավճիռը հրապարակել է երեք տարի անց՝ 2024-ի հունիսին:
Նախարարության միջնորդության համաձայն՝ դատավորը խախտել է դատավարական ժամկետները: Սերժ Սարգսյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքով ազատազրկում չէր սպառնում, վաղեմության բոլոր ժամկետներն անցել էին։ Բայց իշխանությունները ցանկանում էին մեղադրական վճռի հասնել՝ իրենց մեղադրանքները հաստատելու, նաև դատական համակարգը խեղաթյուրելու համար։ Եվ բնական է, որ արդարացման վճիռ կայացրած, օրենքով շարժված որևէ դատավորի թույլ չեն տալու շարունակել պաշտոնավարել։
2018թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո դատական համակարգը մշտապես եղել է գործող իշխանությունների թիրախում, ամեն ինչ արել են անհնազանդներից ազատվելու համար։ Միսակյանի դեպքը վկայում է, որ դատական համակարգում դեռևս կան մարդիկ, որոնք շարժվում են օրենքով։ Փաշինյանը նրանցից էլ է ազատվելու։
