Իր վեցամյա անփառունակ պաշտոնավարման ըթնացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միայն մեկ գործ է լավ արել, և այդ հարցում պետք է արժանին մատուցել։ Օրվա իշխանություններն անգերազանցելի են տարբեր տեսակի անհեթեթ փառատոններ, «ֆեստիվառներ», կարճ ասած՝ «տեսարաններ» բեմադրելու հարցում։

Բյուջեից ահռելի միջոցներ են հատկացվում նման միջոցառումների, անխնա հրավառությունների համար, իսկ իշխանությունները փորձում են տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե հայ ժողովուրդն այնքան անհոգ է, որ Արցախի կորստից հետո գլխապատառ իրենց նետել է քեֆ-ուրախությունների գիրկը։

Փաշինյանի այս քաղաքականությունը հստակ շերտեր ունի։ Մի կողմից ընդդիմադիր կամ պատերազմից հետո կորուստներ ունեցող, իշխանությանը դրա համար արդարացիորեն մեղադրող մարդկանց մոտ տպավորություն ստեղծի, որ ժողովրդի մեծ մասը իշխանության հետ է և դեմ չէ ուրախ ապրելուն, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ արտերկրում խորացնելու նման կարծիքները։ Իրեն հարգող ցանկացած իշխանություն ջախջախիչ պատերազմից հետո միջոցները կներդներ բանակի մարտունակության ավելացման, տնտեսական զարգացման, երկիրն անդունդից դուրս բերելու նախագծերի վրա։

Բայց ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարժվում են միայն «հաց և տեսարաններ» սկզբունքով, իսկ քանի որ «հացը» այնքան էլ բավարար չէ, զոռ են տվել «տեսարաններին»։ Դրա համար գումարներ կփոխանցեն տարբեր «սնուփդոգերի» ու «ջեյսոնդերուլոների», ցնցող հրավառություն կանեն Հանրապետության հրապարակում, օրումեջ «ճագարի», «դդումի», «տոլմայի», «գինու» փառատոններ կկազմակերպեն՝ հանրությանը մոլորեցնելով և ծածուկ իրականացնելով իրենց դավադիր ծրագրերը։
