Երևանում 26-ամյա իրանուհի էր ինքնաuպան եղել, մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել հոր ընկերոջը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում իրականացված մեծածավալ ապացուցողական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 2022թ. հունվարի 19–ին ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի, 26–ամյա աղջկա կողմից կատարված ինքնասպանության դեպքը։
2022 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին Դավիթ Անհաղթի փողոցում գտնվող «Զեյթուն ուսանողական ավան» հիմնադրամի 7-րդ մասնաշենքում ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի աղջկան կախված վիճակում հայտնաբերելու վերաբերյալ ստացված ահազանգի հիման վրա ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել են հիշյալ աղջկա կողմից ինքնասպանության դիմելու իրական պատճառները։
Մասնավորապես, քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված բազմակողմանի քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 26–ամյա աղջիկը, ուսում ստանալու նպատակով, գտնվել է ՀՀ–ում և բնակություն է հաստատել «Զեյթուն ուսանողական ավան» հիմնադրամի 7-րդ մասնաշենքի սենյակներից մեկում։
Վերջինիս հոր ընկերը՝ 49–ամյա ԻԻՀ քաղաքացին, ով աշխատել է որպես ավտոբուսի վարորդ Երևան-Թեհրան երթուղով, մտերիմ հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվելով ընկերոջ ընտանիքի հետ, 26–ամյա աղջկան, այլ հյուրերի հետ, 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին հրավիրել է իր ծննդյան տարեդարձին, որն անցկացվել է Երևան քաղաքի ռեստորանային համալիրներից մեկում։
Խնջույքից հետո, 49–ամյա տղամարդու առաջարկով, վերջինս և աղջիկը այցելել են Երևան քաղաքի Փիրումյանների փողոցում գտնվող բնակելի շենքի բնակարան, որտեղ 49–ամյա տղամարդը, օգտվելով աղջկա անօգնական վիճակից, նրա կամքին հակառակ, սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել վերջինիս հետ։ 26–ամյա աղջիկը, չհամակերպվելով կատարվածի հետ, գտնվելով սթրեսային ծանր հոգեվիճակում, 2022 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին իր բնակության վայրում ինքնասպանություն է գործել:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա ԻԻՀ 49–ամյա քաղաքացուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 198-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողությունները, որոնք առաջացրել է տուժողի մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանքներ)։
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար։
