Շիրակի մարզում ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են մոտ 70 հատ տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ տեղադրող երիտասարդներին

Սեպտեմբերի 30-ին թմրանյութի հայտնաբերման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 18։55-ի սահմաններում ոստիկաններն Ախուրյանի խճուղի 21 հասցեի դիմացից Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 30-ամյա Ղուկաս Ա․-ին՝ իր վարած «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով և ուղևոր 22-ամյա Ռուբեն Հ․-ին ապօրինի թմրանյութ պահելու, օգտագործելու և իրացնելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժին, որտեղ վերջիններիս անձնական խուզարկությամբ ոչինչ չի հայտնաբերվել, իսկ ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնի պահպանվող տարածք: Այս մասին հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը։
Կայքի տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանությունում Ռուբեն Հ․-ն և Ղուկաս Ա․-ն հայտնել են, որ նույն օրը թմրանյութերի վաճառքով զբաղվող «OKM» կայքէջից առաջարկ ստանալով, Վանաձոր քաղաքի մոտակայքից վերցրել և Գյումրի քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում տեղադրել են կարմիր, դեղին և կանաչ կպչուն ժապավեններով փաթեթավորված մոտ 70 հատ 0,5-ից 10 գ քաշերով «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրանյութով լցված փաթեթներ, ապակյա տարաներով լցված «Հաշիշ» թմրանյութի յուղեր՝ «Ճիշտ» «Քաջ Նազար» և «Գիքոր» տելեգրամյան կայքեջերի միջոցով իրացնելու նպատակով, որոնց տեղադրման վայրերը նկարել են իրենց բջջային հեռախոսներով, սակայն չեն հասցրել պատվիրատու կայքին ուղարկել: Հայտնել են նաև, որ նշված փաթեթներից և յուղերից ավտոմեքենայում նույնպես առկա են, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր տեղադրված փաթեթի համար պատվիրատուն իրենց պետք է վճարեր 9 դոլար գումար:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք Ռուբեն Հ․-ի և Ղուկաս Ա․-ի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
