Տղամարդը փորձել է Կիրանցի երեխաներին առևանգել

«Հրապարակը» գրում է․
Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ Երևանի Մալաթիա- Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում անծանոթ տղամարդը ավտոմեքենայով մոտեցել է դպրոցներին և երեխաներին փորձել է իր ավտոմեքենան նստեցնել: Կատարվածը երեխաների և ծնողների շրջանում խուճապ էր առաջացրել: Իրավապահները հայտնեցին, որ տղամարդը կալանավորվել է, իսկ Մալաթիա- Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի բոլոր դպրոցների տնօրենները հրավիրվել են ոատիկանություն:
Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Կիրանց գյուղի բնակիչը քիչ առաջ զանգահարել էր «Հրապարակի» խմբագրություն և պատմում էր, որ նման բան կիրանցեցի երեխաների հետ էլ է պատահել: Բանն այն է, որ Կիրանցում չկա մանկապարտեզ և կիրանցեցիները հերթափոխով երեխաներին հարևան Ծաղկավան և Սարիգյուղ համայնքների մանկապարտեզն են տանում, իսկ երեկոյան վերադարձնում Կիրանց:
Մեզ զանգահարած կիրանցեցին պատմեց, որ օրեր առաջ անծանոթ տղամարդը մոտեցել է Ծաղկավան գյուղի մանկապարտեզին, ներկայացել Կիրանցի բնակիչ և դաստիարակին ասել, որ երեխաներին տա, որ իր հետ տանի Կիրանց: Դաստիարակն անմիջապես զանգահարել է ծնողներին, ծնողներն ասել են, որ ոչ մեկին չեն ուղարկել եւ այդ տղամարդուն չեն ճանաչում: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ երեխաներից մեկը Կիրանցի գյուղապետի թոռն է եղել, մյուս երեխաներն այն ընտանիքից են, որին պետությունը 200 հազար դոլար է առաջարկել՝ որպես Ադրբեջանին անցած տարածքների փոխհատուցում, սակայն ընտանիքը մերժել է վերցնել գումարը: Մեզ ահազանգողն ասում էր, որ նշված տղամարդուն, ով փորձել է առևանգել երեխաներին, արդեն ձերբակալել են:
Մենք կապվեցինք Կիրանցի վարչական ղեկավար Կամո Շահինյանի հետ, ով մեզ հետ զրույցում հաստատեց տեղեկությունը, նշելով, որ անծանոթ տղամարդը փորձել է երեխաներին իր հետ տանել, բայց հետո փախել` անհետացել է: «Ոչ միլիոնատեր ենք, ոչ օլիգարխ, չգիտեմ ինչի համար ա դեպքը եղել», - ասաց նա: Եւ հավելեց. «Այո թոռնիկներս էլ են եղել մանկապարտեզում, բոլորն էլ իմ թոռնիկներն են»: Մենք վարչական ղեկավարին հարցրեցինք` ասում են` այդ տղամարդուն բռնել են, տեղյա՞կ եք: Ասաց. «Ասում են բռնել են, ես լսել եմ էդպես»։
