«Սրբազան շարժումը»՝ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի գլխավորությամբ, երեկ առաջին աշնանային հանրահավաքն էր հրավիրել, որը, մեղմ ասած, ձախողվեց։ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» աերոնկարահանման արդյունքներով, հանրահավաքը սկսվելուց 40 րոպե անց Հանրապետության հրապարակում միայն 1905 մարդ կար, ինչը խոսում է հանրության շրջանում նրա նկատմամբ հետաքրքրության կորստի մասին։
Գալստանյանը նաև տակտիկական սխալ գործեց՝ կողմնակիցների հետ Նորքի բարձունք գնալով և Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունից եթեր պահանջելով։ Իշխանությունը, հասկանալով, որ առնվազն այս պահին ավելի շահեկան վիճակում է, Գալստանյանին թույլ տվեց 12 րոպե ուղերձ հղել, ապա Պետրոս Ղազարյանին «բաց թողեց» նրա դեմ։ Իշխանական մեդիան, օգտվելով Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսի նյարդային վիճակից, իսկական ծաղրալից արշավ է սկսել՝ վարկաբեկելով նրա շարժումը։ Բարդ է ասել, արդյո՞ք Գալստանյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցները չէին հասկանում նման քայլի հետևանքները, դրանք իրենց դեմ օգտագործելու հնարավորությունները։
Խորհրդարանական երկու ուժերը 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո մի քանի բողոքի ալիք են կազմակերպել՝ «Դիմադրության շարժում», «Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժում», այժմ էլ «Սրբազան շարժում» և բոլոր դեպքերում ձախողվել։ Այս իրավիճակը փաստում է, որ հանրությունը, որքան էլ զզվել է գործող իշխանություններից, զրոյական վարկանիշ ունեցող Փաշինյանից, պարզապես չի ցանկանում վստահել տիտղոսային ընդդիմությանը։ Հայաստանում այսօր նոր որակի ընդդիմություն է հարկավոր՝ չվարկաբեկված, քաղաքական պրոցեսներից գլուխ հանող, արտերկրում հեղինակության բավական բարձր պաշար ունեցող առաջնորդի գլխավորությամբ։
Հակառակ պարագայում Հայաստանը երբեք դուրս չի գա այս դժոխային շրջապտույտից։
