Ադրբջանագետ Տաթև Հայրապետյանը տելեգրամի իր ալիքում գրել է․
«Աննախադեպ հրաշք է տեղի ունեցել․ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը կասկածներ ունի, որ Բաքուն խաղաղության է ձգտում
«Օրինակ, հիմա Ադրբեջանն օգտագործում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» նարատիվը։
Մինչդեռ, Բաքուն «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» ասելով՝ հասկանում է Հայաստանի գրեթե ողջ տարածքը։
Բաքուն մեզ վստահեցնում է, որ դա տարածքային պահանջ չէ, սակայն տպավորությունը լրիվ այլ է»,-նման հայտարարություն է արել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։
Պատկերացնու՞մ եք՝ այդ խոսույթը Ադրբեջանը շրջանառում է արդեն երկու տարի ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ում նոր են սկսել դա նկատել։ Մինչդեռ խելացի աշխատանքի դեպքում այս ամենը կարելի է ուղղել հենց Ադրբեջանի դեմ։
Իսկ սա հատված է Ալիևի՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ի ելույթից․
«Մեր ազգը 20-րդ դարում ենթարկվել է տեղահանության երեք ալիքների՝ առաջինը 1918-ին, երկրորդը՝ 1940-50-ականներին, երրորդը՝ 1980-ականների վերջին և 1990-ականների սկզբին։ Երկու տեղահանություններից հետո որոշակի ժամանակ անց ադրբեջանական ժողովուրդը վերադարձավ իր պապենական հողերը, այսինքն՝ մեծ մասը, եթե ոչ բոլորը, վերադարձան։ Սա մեզ իրավացիորեն վստահություն է տալիս, որ էթնիկ զտումների երրորդ ալիքին ենթարկված արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիները կվերադառնան իրենց պապենական հողերը։ Դրա համար շատ պատճառներ կան: Իհարկե, հայրենիքի նկատմամբ սերը, այդ հողերը չեն մոռացվել և չեն մոռացվելու, արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիների հաջորդ սերունդները, որոնք չեն տեսել այդ հողերը, ապրում են Հայրենիքի կարոտով»։
Այս և բազմաթիվ այլ հայտարարություններով Ալիևը հստակ ցույց է տալիս իր հետագա զավթողական պլանները, բայց ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարունակում են անտեսել այս պարզ իրողությունը՝ վարելով «խեղճիզմի» քաղաքականությունը, որ ոչ միայն չի բերում խաղաղության, այլև ավելի վտանգավոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծում մեր պետության համար»։
