Կառավարությանն է ներկայացվել ՀՀ գիտության ոլորտի զարգացման 2016-2020 թթ. ռազմավարական ծրագիրը

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության գիտության պետական կոմիտեի գործունեությունը 2016 թվականին ուղղվելու է հիմնականում օրենսդրական դաշտի կատարելագործմանը, գիտական նոր մրցույթների կազմակերպմանըև միջազգային համագործակցության զարգացմանը:
Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարեց ԳՊԿ նախագահ Սամվել Հարությունյանը:
Մասնավորապես, մշակվելու և ՀՀ կառավարության քննարկմանն է ներկայացվելու ՀՀ գիտության ոլորտի զարգացման 2016-2020 թվականների ռազմավարական ծրագիրը: «Գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական փորձաքննության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է մշակել «Պետական գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական փորձաքննություն կազմակերպելու և իրականացնելու կարգը հաստատելու մասին». «Պետական գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական փորձաքննության կազմակերպման գործունեության հավատարմագրման կարգը և չափանիշները հաստատելու մասին» օրինագծերի, ինչպես նաև «Ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներից ելնելով` ՀՀկառավարություն է ներկայացվելու «ՀՀ ռազմարդյունաբերական հանձնաժողովին կից ռազմատեխնիկական և գիտատեխնիկական խորհրդի կանոնադրությունն ու կազմը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշման նախագիծը:
«Նախատեսվում է կազմակերպել գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական գործունեության ծրագրերում և թեմաներում ընդգրկված բարձր արդյունավետությամբ աշխատող գիտաշխատողներին հավելավճարի տրամադրման, ասպիրանտների և երիտասարդ հայցորդների հետազոտությունների անհատական աջակցության, երիտասարդ գիտաշխատողների հետազոտություների աջակցության, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԿԳՆ և Գերմանիայի կրթության և հետազոտությունների դաշնային նախարարության միջև կնքված մտադրությունների հուշագրի շրջանակներում անցկացվող համատեղ գիտական ծրագրերի մրցույթ»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:
2016-ին կամփոփվեն նաև 2015 թ. հայտարարված մրցույթների արդյունքները: Կոմիտեի միջոցով շարունակելու են ֆինանսավորվել երիտասարդ գիտնականների դպրոցներ, գիտական միջոցառումները, պարբերաբար թարմացվելու է գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական գործունեության ծրագրերում կամ թեմաներում ընդգրկված գիտական աստիճան ունեցող գիտաշխատողների տվյալների շտեմարանը: Խոսելով միջազգային համագործակցությունից՝ Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ նախատեսվում են աշխատանքներ Եվրոպական Միության «Հորիզոն-2020» ծրագրին գիտական կազմակերպությունների ակտիվ մասնակցությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Կշարունակվի համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Գերմանիայի Ուկրաինայի, Չինաստանի և այլ երկրների գիտական կազմակերպությունների հետ:
