Գագիկ Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
Ուկրաինայում ընթացող Ռուսաստան-հավաքական արևմուտք պատերազմի ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի դիրքերի թուլացման տեսակետից ամենագործնական քայլերից մեկը համարվում էր Ռուսաստանի համար երկրորդ ճակատի բացելը, ինչից Ռուսաստանը ամեն գնով խուսափում էր:
Իսրայելի հետևողական սդրիչ քայլերի արդյունքում երեկ Իրանին ռազմական հակամարտության մեջ ներքաշելը կարղ է ԱՄՆ-ի ու հավաքական արևմուտքի համար դառնա նոր երկրորդ ճակատ՝ սրանց համար նվազեցնելով Ուկրաիական ճակատի կարևորությունը ու այդտեղ մեծացնելով Ռուսաստանի հնարավորությունները:
Իրանի հակառակորդները Իրանա-Իսրայելական ռազմական հակամարտությունը առաջին հերթին դիտում են որպես Իրանում իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու, երկիրը Ռուսաստանի ու Չինաստանի դաշինքից պոկելու միջոց ու հազիվ թե համաձայնվեն ռազմական հակամարտությունն շուտափույթ ավարտելու Իրանի առաջարկներին:
Իր դաշնակցի Իրանի քաղաքական կողմնորոշման բռնի փոփոխությունը բացարձակապես անընդունելի պիտի լինեն Ռուսաստանի համար արդենիսկ այն պատճառով, որ վերացնում է Ռուսաստանը Իրանի միջոցով Հնդկական օվկիանոսին կապող հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքի իրականացման հնարավորությունը:
