Մարդու առևանգման դեպք՝ Երևանում․ պարտքի համար 29-ամյա տղամարդուն սեփական ավտոմեքենայով առևանգել են

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ սեպտեմբերի 18-ին մարդու առևանգման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 01։50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին է զանգահարել մի քաղաքացի և հայտնել, որ Բարեկամությունից դեպի Կիևյան փողոցն ընկած ճանապարհահատվածում 4 կամ 5 հոգի ծեծի են ենթարկել մի երիտասարդի, նստեցրել մեքենան և առևանգել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն նշված վայր է մեկնել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչ Ֆարադյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին Երևանի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Դավիթ Ս․-ն պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել, որ ինքը պետք է ապահովի ապակյա փաթեթներ, որի համար իրեն վճարել են 455 հազար դրամ և պարտք մնացել 255 հազար դրամ, սակայն փաթեթները պատրաստ չլինելու հետևանքով սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 20։00-ի սահմաններում Կիևյան փողոցի 11 հասցեում հանդիպել է Արման Հ․-ին (ում տարիքը ճշտվում է), ով եկած է լինում մի խումբ անձանց հետ, և հայտնել է, որ իր «Chrysler» ավտոմեքենան պետք է տեղափոխեն Էջմիածին քաղաք՝ գումարի դիմաց, սակայն հրաժարվելու դեպքում ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկով կտեղափոխեն նաև իրեն, որից հետո, Դավիթ Ս․-ի կողմից մերժում ստանալուց հետո, վերջինիս ծեծի են ենթարկել և իր կամքին հակառակ, ավտոմեքենայով հանդերձ, առևանգել:
Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ Դավիթ Ս․-ին ծեծի ենթարկած և առևանգած անձինք հանդիսանում են Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Ռազմիկ Դ․-ն, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ 42-ամյա Ռուդոլֆ Բ․-ն, 21-ամյա Աշոտ Բ․-ն, 20-ամյա Հայկ Հ․-ն, 23-ամյա Արման Հ․-ն և 22-ամյա Ռոման Հ․-ն:
Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 03։40-ի սահմաններում Վաղարշապատ քաղաքի Արարատյան փողոցից ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան ներգործություն, ինքնիրավչություն և անձի առևանգում կատարելու կասկածանքով Ռուդոլֆ Բ․-ն, Աշոտ Բ․-ն և Հայկ Հ․-ն ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել են ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժին։
