Հայկական կողմը իրականացրել է ադրբեջանցի անհայտ կորածների աշխատանքներ, բայց Ադրբեջանը չի համագործակցում․ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը պատասխանել է «Radar Armenia»-ից ստացված հետևյալ հարցմանը.
- Վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանից, մասնավորապես երկրի նախագահի և գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից հնչում են մեկնաբանություններ, թե Հայաստանը հրաժարվում է տրամադրել տեղեկատվություն անհայտ կորած անձանց վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպե՞ս կարձագանքեք։
- Հայաստանը մշտապես շահագրգռված է եղել հումանիտար բոլոր խնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ անհայտ կորած անձանց ճակատագրերի պարզման խնդրով։ Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ 90-ականներից մինչ օրս հայկական կողմն ունի 1008 անհայտ կորածներ։ Հաշվի առնելով խնդրի մարդասիրական կողմը՝ հայկական կողմը միակողմանիորեն իրականացրել է ադրբեջանցի անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրերի վերհանմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներ և պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել համագործակցել խնդրի հասցեագրման ուղղությամբ։ Ավելին, այդ թվում ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչների հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում ադրբեջանական կողմին նախորդիվ փոխանցվել են թե՛ անհայտ կորած համարվող անձանց մասունքներ, թե՛ վերջիններիս ճակատագրերի վերհանման համար անհրաժեշտ առկա հստակ տեղեկություններ։
Անհայտ կորածների խնդրի շուրջ համագործակցելու Հայաստանի պատրաստակամության մասին է վկայում այն փաստը, որ հայկական կողմը համաձայնություն էր հայտնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի անհայտ կորածների հարցերով պետական հանձնաժողովների ձևաչափով 2024 թվականի մայիսին նախատեսված հանդիպման առաջարկին։ Այդ հանդիպումը, ցավոք, չկայացավ ադրբեջանական կողմի մերժման պատճառով։
Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հարձակումների հետևանքով բազմաթիվ մարդիկ ենթարկվել են նաև բռնի անհետացման։ Կան բազմաթիվ վկայություններ, այդ թվում՝ տեսանյութեր և ձայնագրություններ, որոնք հաստատում են այս մարդկանց գերեվարումը։ Չնայած այս ակնհայտ ապացույցներին, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է հերքել այդ անձանց գերեվարման փաստը և չի համագործակցում ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաև մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային կառույցների հետ։ Դրա վառ օրինակներից է ՄԱԿ մարդու իրավունքների բարձր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի կայքէջում 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հրապարակված նամակը, որը վերաբերում է 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Զանգիլանում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից գերեվարված և բռնի անհետացած 23 հայ զինծառայողների և 1 քաղաքացիական անձի դեպքին։
