Փաշինյանի «պադավատապետությունը» և ընդդիմության երեսպաշտությունը

Ազգային ժողովն այսօր մեկնարկել է հերթական քառօրյան։ Այն սովորականի պես թեժ է ընթանում։ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանը խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից հայտարարել է, թե կառավարությունը 49 էլեկտրոմոբիլ գնելու համար 1 միլիարդ 38 միլիոն դրամ փող է ծախսել։ «Մի քաղաքական ուժ, որը «պադավատապետության» դեմ էր բողոքում, մեքենաների վրա՝ «պադավատների» վրա ճիշտ այնքան փող է ծախսում, ինչքան պարտք է վերցնում, որ Գյումրիում քաղաքաշինական ծրագրեր իրականացվեն»,-ասել է պատգամավորը։
Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորին արձագանքել է իշխանական ուժի ներկայացուցիչը։ «Այդ ծառայողական մեքենաներից օգտվում է նաև ձեր խմբակցությունը, պարո՛ն Խաչատրյան, երբ դրա մասին ասում եք, խնդրում եմ դա էլ հաշվի առեք: Պետությունը գնել է նրա համար, որ արդյունավետ կառավարի պետական համակարգը»,- նշել է Ծովինար Վարդանյանը:
«Պադավատապետություն» տերմինը ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտ ներմուծել է հենց Փաշինյանը, որն ընդդիմադիր եղած ժամանակ քննադատում էր իշխանություններին՝ ծառայողական մեքենաներ գնելու համար։ Իսկ իր պաշտոնավարման օրոք պադավատապետությունը ոչ թե նվազել, այլ նոր հորիզոններ է նվաճել։
Գործող իշխանությունների երեսպաշտությունը և սեփական խոսքից հրաժարվելու հմտությունը, իհարկե, սահմաններ չի ճանաչում։ Տարօրինակը, ընդդիմության վարքն է, որը նույն հաջողությամբ, թեպետ, սակավ քանակով, օգտվում է «պադավատապետության» տված հնարավորություններից և քննադատում։ Իշխանությունն էլ առիթը բաց չի թողնում դա շրխկացնել ընդդիմադիրների դեմքին։
Մանդատներից չեն հրաժարվում, իրենց գործն է, պադավատներից գոնե կարող էին հրաժարվել որպեսզի քննադատությունը լուրջ ընկալվեր։
