Արդարադատության նախարարը հրաժարական տվեց․ ի՞նչն է պատճառը

Այսօր որոշեցի ես էլ միանամ իմ պաշտոնավարման դեմ ստորագրահավաքին: Վարչապետին ներկայացրեցի իմ հրաժարականի դիմումը:
Խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգում դժվար կլինի նախարարի պաշտոն զբաղեցնելը, եթե նույնիսկ մեկ պատգամավորի հետ դրական համագործակցություն չունենաս: Ես տեղեկացա, որ խնդիր ունեմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության շուրջ երկու տասնյակ պատգամավորների հետ:
Մեծապես շնորհակալ եմ և միշտ ջերմությամբ կհիշեմ ինձ բարությամբ ընդունած և աջակցած բոլոր մյուս պատգամավորներին, ընկեր դարձած կառավարության բոլոր գործընկերներին և, իհարկե, ինձ մեծագույն հնարավորություն տված վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:
Արդարադատության ոլորտի բարեփոխման համար նրանց հետ և նրանց օգնությամբ շատ բան ենք արել նաև այս վերջին երկու տարիներին: Կառավարության ծրագիրը մեր մասով հաստատ գերակատարված է միջոցառումների քանակի և որակի առումով: Կառուցված ճանապարհն ու դպրոցը մարդիկ միանգամից են տեսնում և վայելում, բայց նոր արբիտրաժային համակարգի, հարկադիր կատարման վերափոխված ծառայության, թվայնացված քաղաքացիական դատավարության, կայացած պրոբացիայի ծառայության և բազմաթիվ այլ բարեփոխումների կամ հարյուրավոր օրենսդրական ու ռազմավարական փոփոխությունների արդյունքները բոլորս կվայելենք որոշ ժամանակ անց:
Մարդիկ արդարադատության նախարարներից միշտ սպասել են արդարության արագ և անմիջական վերականգնում: Դա նախարարի գործառույթ չէ: Դա վերապահված է իրավապահներին ու դատարաններին:
Մենք քաղաքականություն մշակողն ենք և ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգը բարելավողը: Երկու ուղղությամբ էլ շատ բան է արվել արդեն: Պտուղները կլինեն շուտով, բայց արդեն հաջորդ նախարարների օրոք:
Իհարկե, կարելի էր ավելի համբերատար լինել, մնալ և պայքարել այս ամենի համար և շարունակել հանգիստ ներկայացնել կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքը, բայց ես որոշեցի վերադառնալ ինձ ավելի հարազատ միջավայր: Արդարադատության ոլորտին կարելի է նպաստել նաև մասնավոր հատվածում:
