«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iz.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետը հնարավոր է համարել Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսումը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև կնքվելիք խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չի երաշխավորի ապագայում ռազմական գործողությունների ամբողջական դադարեցումը, iz.ru-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Արթուր Աթաևը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջերս ասել է, որ Երևանը պատրաստ է խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի հետ մինչև նոյեմբերի 11-22-ը նախատեսված ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայի համաժողովը։ Ինչպես հաղորդել է News Channel One-ը, այդ կերպ Հայաստանը մտադիր է ստեղծել «խթանիչ միջավայր խաղաղության գործընթացի առաջընթացի համար»։

«Դա, ցավոք, չի նշանակում ռազմական գործողությունների ամբողջական ավարտ։ Նոյեմբերն ու աշունը համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար բարենպաստ են և՛ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի, և՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար, և դա հստակորեն ասել են իրենք՝ այդ քաղաքական գործիչները։ Դա ձեռնտու է Ալիևին ընտրություններում իր հաղթանակն ամրապնդելու, իսկ Փաշինյանին՝ ստատուս քվոյի համատեքստում»,մեկնաբանել է Աթաևը։ Ըստ նրա, Ալիևն այդ կերպ կընդգծի իր ղեկավարման լեգիտիմությունը, իսկ Փաշինյանի համար կարևոր է 1991 թվականի Ալմաթիի հռչակագրի համաձայն սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը։ Այդ ֆոնին էլ կողմերը կկնքեն հիմնական համաձայնությունը, պարզաբանել է հրապարակման զրուցակիցը։

Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, որ 2020 թվականին Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության արդյունքներով զինադադարի պայմանագիր է կնքվել, սակայն կողմերն այն տարբեր կերպ են մեկնաբանում։ Փորձագետը պարզաբանել է, որ նախատեսվող խաղաղության պայմանագրի դրույթների 80 %-ն այժմ համաձայնեցված է, բայց մնացած 20 %-ը կարող է դառնալ «ժամային ռումբ»։ Սակայն Աթաևը կարծում է, որ Փաշինյանը ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի համաձայնագիր ստորագրվի, հակառակ դեպքում դա կլինի նրա քաղաքական կարիերայի ձախողումը։
