«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, քպական պատգամավորները ներքին ստորագրահավաք են սկսել, որպեսզի հասնեն արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի պաշտոնանկությանը: Սա հաստատել են նաև իրենք՝ քպականները: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, սա «այսբերգի» միայն երևացող կողմն է: Բանն այն է, որ, ինչպես փոխանցում են ՔՊ-ի մեր աղբյուրները, ՔՊ խմբակցության մեջ կա մի «խմբակ», որը, ուժային որոշակի կառույցների հետ սերտ հարաբերություններ պահելով, պարբերաբար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ «բոչկա է գլորում» տարբեր քպականների, հատկապես պաշտոնյաների դեմ՝ փորձելով սրել վարչապետի ու նրանց հարաբերությունները: Մեր տեղեկություններով, այդ «խմբակին» հաջողվել է հավաքել բավարար ստորագրություն` պահանջելու համար Մինասյանի պաշտոնանկությունը։

Նույն աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այս «խմբակի» հաջորդ թիրախը Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն է, որի դեմ հիմա ինտենսիվ պրոցեսներ են գեներացվում: Ընդ որում, կան տեղեկություններ, որ այս ամենի հիմնական պատճառը ինչ-ինչ անձնական հարցերով դիմելն ու Ավինյանից մերժում ստանալն է։

Մեր զրուցակիցները նշում են մի քանի անուններ՝ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյան, Արփի Դավոյան, Նարեկ Զեյնալ յան, Լուսինե Բադալ յան և այլն: Մեր տեղեկություններով, հենց խմբակցության և կուսակցության ներսում բառիս բուն իմաստով, մեղմ ասած, հոգնել են այս «խմբակից»: Ըստ այդմ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, մի շարք բարձրաստիճան քպականներ նեղ շրջանակներում ոչ մեկ անգամ ի ցույց են դրել իրենց զայրույթը՝ ակնարկելով, թե «դրանք չեն մարսելու»: Մասնավորաբար Տիգրան Ավինյանը, մեր տեղեկություններով, չի պատրաստվում «ձեռքերը ծալած նստել»: Կուսակցությունում խոսում են, որ վերջինս, ի տարբերություն վաղաժամ հեռացող Մինասյանի, լայն փորձ ունի նմանատիպ և նույնիսկ ավելի ծանր իրավիճակներից դուրս գալու և նույնիսկ սեփական խարդավանքներն իրացնելու։ Այնպես որ, չի բացառվում՝ նշյալ պատգամավորների քայլերն ու խաղերը, ի վերջո, բումերանգի էֆեկտ ունենան:
