ԿԱՌՈՒՑԱՊԱՏՈՂ ԸՆԿԵՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԿՈՂՄԻՑ ՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆԸ ՊԱՏՃԱՌՎԱԾ ՎՆԱՍԻՑ ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆ ԲՅՈՒՋԵ Է ՎՃԱՐՎԵԼ 100․000․000 ՀՀ ԴՐԱՄ
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչության երկրորդ վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել են ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկերը չվճարելու հերթական դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ։
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված ապացուցողական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2020 թվականին կառուցապատող ընկերությունը Երևան քաղաքի համայնքի կողմից ստացել է շինարարության թույլտվություն` Երևան քաղաքի Դավթաշեն 2-րդ թաղամասում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքի կառուցման համար: 2024 թվականի հունվարի 22-ին ընկերությանը տրամադրվել է ավարտական ակտը: Ընկերության կողմից 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ի դրությամբ իրականացվել է 14 միավոր գույքի սեփականության իրավունքի գրանցում՝ ընդհանուր 202.565.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժեքով։
2024 թվականի փետրվար, մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսների համար նշված ընկերության կողմից ներկայացվել են ավելացված արժեքի հարկի և ակցիզային հարկի միասնական հաշվարկներ, որոնցում թաքցվել են հարկման օբյեկտները, մասնավորապես` չեն արտացոլվել ընկերության կողմից ապրանքների մատակարարման՝ անշարժ գույքերի սեփականության իրավունքների գրանցման արդյունքում առաջացած ԱԱՀ-ով հարկման բազաները։ Արդյունքում՝ պետությանը պատճառվել է 246.661 988 ՀՀ դրամի վնաս:
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում 2024 թվականի ընթացքում ընկերության տնօրենի կողմից պետական բյուջե է վճարվել պատճառված վնասից 100.000.000 ՀՀ դրամը:
