Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին  Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում, հանդիսապետությամբ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ  Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, տեղի կունենա Սրբալույս Մյուռոնի օրհնության արարողությունը, սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, կվերաօծվի Մայր Տաճարը:

168.am-ը ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գրասենյակին որոշ հարցեր ուղղեց՝ ճշտելու համար՝ արդյոք նա ստացե՞լ է հրավեր և ի՞նչ որոշում է կայացրել արարողություններին մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ:

«Այո, ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնից ստացել է հրավեր՝ ներկա գտնվելու սեպտեմբերի 28-ին և 29-ին նախատեսված արարողություններին՝ Սրբալույս Մյուռոնօրհնությանը և Մայր Տաճարի վերաօծմանը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրավերի համար շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին և հայտնել որ, ցավոք, չի կարող ներկա գտնվել այդ արարողություններին, քանի որ անհնարին է համարում Հայաստանի գործող ապազգային կառավարիչների հետ նույն վայրում որևէ միջոցառման մասնակցելը:

ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահն իր այդ որոշման մասին Վեհափառ Հայրապետին հայտնել է դեռևս օրեր առաջ՝ Վեհափառի հրավերով Սուրբ Էջմիածին այցի ժամանակ՝ Մայր Տաճարում իրականացված մեծածավալ աշխատանքներին ծանոթանալուց և Կաթողիկոսի հետ համազգային կարևորագույն խնդիրների շուրջ զրուցելուց հետո»,-պատասխանեցին ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակից:
