Ո՞վ է մեղավորը. Արցախը հանձնե՞ց Ռուսաստանը

4 տարի առաջ՝ սեպտեմբերի 27-ի լուսադեմին Ադրբեջանը լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմ սկսեց Արցախի դեմ, հայկական կողմը հազարավոր զոհեր ունեցավ, հարյուրավոր գերիներ, անգամ մինչ այսօր 8 տասնյակից ավելի մասունքներ կան դիահերձարաններում։
Ողբերգությունից հետո հասարակությունը փորձում է մեղավորներ գտնել. արյունալի պարտության համար մեղադրում են թե՛ իշխանությանը, թե՛ դաշնակից ՌԴ–ին, բոլորին:
Արդյո՞ք ՌԴ–ն մեղավոր է 44–օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտության համար․ Մոսկվայի Քաղաքական և ռազմական վերլուծությունների կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն, ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Ալեքսանդր Խրամչիխինի հետ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց այս ցավոտ հարցի շուրջ:
«Մեղավորը, միանշանակ, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն է, սակայն, ըստ երևույթի, ոչ միայն ներկայիս, այլև նախորդները, բայց առաջին հերթին, իհարկե, ներկայիս»,- նշեց նա։
Այդուհանդերձ, ՌԴ–ն մեղավորություն չունի՞ պարտության մեջ: Խրամչիխինի համար այս հարցը տարօրինակ թվաց, այդ իսկ պատճառով նա հրաժարվեց մեկնաբանել: Իսկ ահա հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք իր համար տարօրինակ է նաև հայ հասարակության դժգոհությունը ռուս խաղաղապահներից, որոնք 44–օրյա պատերազմից հետո պետք է ապահովեին արցախցիների անվտանգությունը, սակայն Արցախի իիամսյա շրջափակումից հետո Արցախը մեկ տարի առաջ հանձնվեց թշնամուն, արցախցիներն էլ էթնիկ զտումից մի կերպ փրկվեցին, ռուս փորձագետը նշեց․
«Մնում է միայն հորինել այլ տարբերակ. եթե Հայաստանն ինքը չի ճանաչել Արցախը որպես իր մաս կամ որպես անկախ պետություն, ըստ էության, բացարձակ անհասկանալի է, թե ի՞նչ պետք է և կարող էր անել Ռուսաստանը»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե հնարավոր է նոր պատերազմ և նմանատիպ զարգացումներ տարածաշրջանում, Խրամչիխինը նշեց, որ դա հնարավոր է, երբ, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանը պնդի միջանցք ստանալը դեպի Նախիջևան.
«Բացառել պետք չէ»,– նշեց ռուս ռազմական փորձագետը։
Հայ–ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման մասով Խրամչիխինն ասաց, որ Փաշինյանը կենտրոնացած է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հեռավորությունն առավելագույնի հասցնելու վրա, հետևաբար, կարելի է կանխատեսել, որ հարաբերություններն ակնհայտորեն կվատթարանան։
«Գուցե հարաբերությունների զարգացումը և փոխվի, եթե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը փոխի իր քաղաքականությունը՝ ամեն ինչ կախված է միայն Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունից։ Բայց եթե իր վարած քաղաքականությունը շարունակվի, ապա ակնհայտորեն շարունակվելու է հայ–ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
