Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողները, համագործակցելով ՆԳՆ Հաշվառման-քննական ծառայությունների մատուցման, թույլտվությունների և լիցենզավորման վարչության Արմավիրի հաշվառման և քննական բաժանմունքի աշխատակիցների հետ, բացահայտել են խարդախության դեպք:
Համատեղ ստացած տեղեկության համաձայն` Արմավիր քաղաքի բնակիչ 32-ամյա տղամարդը վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու համար մի քաղաքացուց վերցրել է գումար:
Հետագա միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ դեռևս հուլիսի 11-ին քաղաքացին իր ծանոթի միջոցով 100 հազար դրամ է փոխանցել 32-ամյա տղամարդուն, որը ներկայացել է ավտոդպրոցի ուսուցիչ: Նա խոստացել է օգտագործել իր կապերը և այդ գումարի դիմաց տրամադրել վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական, սակայն տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով մինչ օրս չի կատարել խոստումը և խաբեությամբ տիրացել է գումարին:
