44-օրյա պատերազմի չորրորդ տարելիցի հիշատակումը ոչինչ չարժե, եթե չենք արձանագրում, որ հենց այդ նշանային օրը պարագլուխը ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից` ի տես թշնամյաց, խոստացավ փոխել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը (իմա` չեղարկել Հայաստանի Անկախության հռչակագիրը և փաստացի կազմալուծել Հայաստանի Երրորդ հանրապետությունը):
Լավագույնը, ինչ նա առաջարկում է Հայաստանի համար, Թուրքիայի բարեհաճությամբ պետականատիպ կազմավորումն է: Սակայն Ադրբեջանը միգուցե և դա էլ շատ համարի, ինչպես, օրինակ, Արցախի դեպքում, և պնդի առավելագույնը հայկական ինքնավարությունը` իր զինված ուժերի վերահսկողությամբ: Պարագլուխը դրան էլ է համաձայն, վկան` վերջին ասուլիսում Հայաստանի գծած նրա սահմանները` ըստ 1919-ի ադրբեջանական մի քարտեզի:
Արևմուտքի ջանքերի մասին էլ մի բան արժե հիշել: Հայերի այդքան սիրելի Մակրոնը վերջին տարիներին այցելել է և´ Կիև, և´ Բեյրութ: Երկու դեպքում էլ զորակցություն է հայտնել տեղացիներին: Այս օրերին այդ քաղաքների գլխին թափվող արկերը վկա: Երևանն այնքան է սիրում, որ այստեղ անգամ անձամբ չեկավ, հայատառ ցավակցական թվիթները բավական կլինեն:
