Առաջին բանը, որ կհիշենք այս վերնագիրը կարդալիս, սև փոքրիկ զգեստն է, բայց սա Շանելի միակ հայտնագորխությունը չէ:
Wnews.am-ն առանձնացրել է լեգենդար Կոկոյի fashion հայտնագործությունները, դրանք այնքան կիրառելի են և կարևոր մեր առօրյա կյանքում, որ տպավորություն այնպիսին է, թե միշտ էլ եղել են։
Տաբատներ. Սկզբում հասարակությունը քննադատեց, հետո…սկսեց կրկնօրինակել նրան: «Կրելով տաբատներ, ես կանանց ազատություն տվեցի»,-ասում էր Շանելը:
Տրիկոտաժ. Շանելն առաջին դիզայներն էր, ով օգտագործեց տրիկոտաժը՝ զգեստներ կարելու համար: Մինչ այդ տրիկոտաժն օգտագործվում էր միայն սպորտային հագուստներում: «Ես զգեստ կարեցի տղամարդու հին սպորտային բլուզից և հետո ինձ հարցնում էին, որտեղից է այս հրաշք զգեստը»,-պատմում էր Շանելը:
Երկար շղթայով պայուսակ. Այո, մեր զգեստապահարանի մի մասը դարձած երկար շղթայով պայուսակները ևս Շանելի հայտնագործությունն են: Շանելը ստեղծեց իր լեգենդար Chanel 2.55 պայուսակը. «Ես ազատեցի կնոջ ձեռքերը»,-ասում էր Շանելը:
Կոնտրաստային կոշիկներ. Շանելը համոզված էր, որ ոտնաթաթը կնոջ ամենատգեղ մարմնի մասն է և ստեղծեց սեւ սուր ծայրով կոշիկներ, որոնք, նրա խոսքով, տեսողականորեն փոքրցնում էին ոտքերը:
Թվիդից կոստյում. 1925թ. Շանելն իսկական հեղափոխություն արեց՝տղամարդկանց զգեստապահարանի էլեմենտները բերելով կանանց նորաձևություն:
Սև փոքրիկ զգեստ. Սև զգեստը այն ժամանակ ասոցացվում էր բացառապես ողբերգության հետ, կանայք սև զգեստ էին կրում թաղման արարողությունների ժամանակ: Իր գլխավոր հայտնագործությունը Շանելը բացատրում էր այսպես. «Հեշտ է գեղեցիկ լինել՝ ծիածանի բոլոր երանգներն օգտագործելով, բայց դուք փորձեք գեղեցիկ լինել նաև սև զգեստով»:
Բիժուտերիա. Շանելը կրում էր թանկարժեք զարդեր՝ էժանագին բիժուտերիայի հետ: «Բիժուտերիան կնոջը գեղեցկանելու համար է , այլ ոչ թե թանկ տեսք հաղորդելու»,-ասում էր նա։
Chanel № 5. Շանելի ֆենոմենալ օծանելիքը: «Այս օծանելիքը կնոջ բույրն ունի»,-ասում էր նա:
