ԱՊՊԱ-ի դեպքում կրկնակի բարձրացվել է համաձայնեցված հայտարարագրով փոխհատուցման ենթակա գումարի առավելագույն սահմանաչափը

Հայաստանի Ավտոապահովագրողների Բյուրոն իր կանոններում կատարել է կարևոր փոփոխություն՝ ԱՊՊԱ պատահարների գրացման վերաբերյալ:
Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Բյուրոյի հայտարարությունը.
«Ինչպես գիտեք, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների հետևանքով Երևան քաղաքում հաճախակի խցանումներ են առաջանում՝ անհարմարություններ պատճառելով Ձեզ։ Նշված խնդրի թեթևացման նպատակով Հայաստանի Ավտոապահովագրողների Բյուրոն իր կանոններում կատարել է հետևյալ փոփոխությունները.
- Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ապահովագրական պատահարների գծով համաձայնեցված հայտարարագիրը բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով լրացվելու դեպքերի համար կրկնակի բարձրացվել է փոխհատուցման ենթակա գումարի առավելագույն սահմանաչափը՝ 200.000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն սահմանվելով 400.000 ՀՀ դրամ։
- համաձայնեցված հայտարարագրով կարգավորվող դեպքերից տարբերվող դեպքերի համար ապահովագրական ընկերությունների վրա դրվել է պարտավորություն՝ վարորդների հետ հեռախոսային խոսակցության ժամանակ մատչելի եղանակով ներկայացնել իրենց պարտավորություններն ապահովագրական պատահարի վայրում։
