Կիևում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունում տեղի է ունեցել պաշտոնական ընդունելություն՝ ՀՀ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ: Պատվավոր հյուրն էր Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Եվհեն Պերեբիյնիսը:
Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Ուկրաինայի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչներ, պետական գործիչներ, պատգամավորներ, ՀԱԵ Ուկրաինայի թեմի առաջնորդ Մարկոս Եպիսկոպոս Հովհաննիսյանը, Ուկրաինայում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններ և դիվանագետներ, զինվորականներ, հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ, քաղաքագետներ, լրագրողներ:
«Մեր հավատարմությունը ժողովրդավարական արժեքներին՝ կառավարության հաշվետվողականությունը, մարդու իրավունքների հարգանքը և օրենքի գերակայությանը, միայն կառավարման խնդիր չէ. դա այն հիմքն է, որի վրա հենվում է մեր ազգերի ինքնիշխանությունը: Ե՛վ Հայաստանում, և՛ Ուկրաինայում ժողովրդավարությունը ամենօրյա ջանք է, գործ, որին ձգտում են մեր ժողովուրդները՝ նույնիսկ ահռելի մարտահրավերների պայմաններում:
Ժողովրդավարությունը, եվրոպական նկրտումները մեր ընդհանուր հավակնություններն ու նպատակներն են, և մենք վստահ ենք, որ միասին կարող ենք հասնել դրանց, քանի որ դրանք ոչ միայն մեր կառավարությունների առաջնահերթություններն են, այլ նաև մեր ժողովուրդների հստակ արտահայտված ձգտումները»,- իր ողջույնի խոսքում նշեց դեսպան Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը:
Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Եվհեն Պերեբիյնիսը իր խոսքում մասնավորապես նշեց.
«Ուկրաինացի և հայ ժողովուրդների հարաբերությունները մեծ պատմություն ունեն. Դրանց արմատները հասնում են հնագույն ժամանակներից և միշտ հիմնված են եղել բարեկամության և միմյանց նկատմամբ հարգանքի վրա: Դարերի ընթացքում մենք ամրապնդել ենք մեր մշակութային, քաղաքական և տնտեսական կապերը։
Ուկրաինան և Հայաստանը զգալի ներուժ ունեն երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար. Մենք ակնկալում ենք ամրապնդել մեր համագործակցությունը երկկողմ օրակարգի տարբեր ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև միջազգային ասպարեզում»:
