Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների փոխանցմամբ, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը վաղը Նյու Յորքում կհանդիպի Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարներ Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի ու Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ՝ առաջ մղելու այն, ինչը համարվում է խաղաղության բանակցությունների «վերջնական փուլ»: «Այնուամենայնիվ, անհասկանալի է մնում, թե ինչպիսին կլինի «վերջնական փուլը» կամ ինչպիսին կարող է լինել դրա հնարավոր ելքը։ Այս մասին Պետդեպարտամենտը որևէ մեկնաբանություն չի տվել»,- գրել է «Թուրան» գործակալությունը:

Նախարարներ Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Ջեյհուն Բայրամովն այս օրերին գտնվում են Նյու Յորքում՝ մասնակցելու ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի վեհաժողովին: Պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը վերջերս առանձին հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հետ, ողջունել կողմերի միջև վերջին առաջընթացը, ներառյալ սահմանների սահմանազատումը կարգավորելու համաձայնագիրը:

Նախարարների հանդիպման պաշտոնական հաստատում առայժմ չկա, թեպետ փորձագետները չէին բացառում, որ ԱՄՆ-ը փորձելու է հանդիպում կազմակերպել՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելու, թե կարգավորման բանալիները գտնվում են իր ձեռքում։ Ուշագրավ է, որ ոչ Երևանը, ոչ Բաքուն մինչ ՄԱԿ-ի գագաթնաժողովը չեն հաստատել հանդիպման հնարավորությունը։ Ինչը վկայում է, որ կողմերը շահագրգռված են Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու, կարգավորումն արևմտյան հարթակներում իրականացնելու հարցում։
